Players having the career FIDE rating of 1599 & below for the last three years are only allowed to participate in this event. No age limit. System of Play: The championship shall be played under the FIDE Laws of Chess for a total of 9-rounds on a Swiss-League basis. Latest FIDE rules will be applicable. Time-Control: Each player shall have 30 minutes with an addition of 30 seconds per move starting from move one.
