[ Opening shot ] Helicopter angle pan’s the skyline of New York City, from skyscrapers to the bridges that nestle the city's sleeping lights just at sunset. The final shafts of sun strikes against the city's giant towers and awaken the perfect symmetry as the last orange glow walks its way and radiates through the almost awaiting bridges that span the East River only to be blessed with the last of the evening's blush...at an almost "peter pan" moment, there is a staggering of Christmas illumination atop the tallest buildings...one after another, after another...as we welcome in and titles run..."Merry Christmas,.. New York City"...
The Christmas Special is to be hosted by Mr. Tony Bennett. We have orchestrated, moreover, surrounded Tony Bennett with the top-ten iconic landmarks, i.e., Central Park, Grand Central Station, Twin Tower Site, Little Italy, etc., in-and-around New York City, as the city comes alive with Christmas lights, bells, wreaths and all of its Christmas trimmings for the holiday season, yet it has been years since this festive time of year has been celebrated with Christmas rhyme, verse, and hymn that has been synonymous with tradition and Christmas itself, moreover, the very essence of what these iconic landmarks have represented from past Christmas generations.
Tony Bennett shall be on-site and on-camera as he introduces each of the ten [ night-for-night ] Christmas landmarks and talent representation. The [ landmarks ] will be accorded the full Christmas dress with all the necessary Christmas trappings and regalia as he introduces each of our principal talents at each landmark. Our [ principal talents ] shall be [ suited ] with corresponding attire applicable to the landmark site, and the Christmas songs befitting the New York City location.
We shall schedule ten days [ night-for-night ] of principle photography, taking full advantage of landmarks Christmas lighting...evening camera shall film our talents, re: i.e., Tony Bennett, Johnny Mathis, Barbra Streisand, Carrie Underwood, Harry Connick Jr., etc. These exemplary talents shall bring together the collective enthusiasm and overwhelming charisma that transcends the [ golden age ], as well as the [ millenniums ]. This [ one-time-event ] will generate a world-wide accolade, international appeal, the likes of which have never been produced before in New York City.
We shall align each of our landmark locations with our corresponding talent, giving full camera angles for exquisite, if not impeccable positioning of New York City's opulent winter seasons overview, as our camera cascades through the city's Christmas lineage of [ landmarks ] yet to be awaken by the [ silk..n'..satin ] Christmas sounds of our preeminent / incomparable talents.
Given the Christmas Special shall be filmed in a format [ black tie ] presentation, all talent shall be in [ wardrobe ] that is most appropriate for the back-drop locations, with emphasis upon the ladies attire.
Audio for these Christmas songs shall be pre-recorded for [film location sync] with optimum scoring / arrangements, under the orchestration of multi-award-winning arranger / conductor, Bill Conti.

Bill Conti
Oscar Winner 27 Wins For Production Teams And 22 Nominations.
Conti shot to fame in 1976 with his score for Rocky; the soundtrack album went platinum, and the main theme, "Gonna Fly Now," topped the U.S. pop charts. Conti and star Sylvester Stallone subsequently reunited for chapters two, three and five in the Rocky series, as well as 1978's F.I.S.T. and Paradise Alley; in 1981 he scored the James Bond feature For Your Eyes Only, scoring a Top Five hit with the title track, sung by Sheena Easton. After two previous nominations, Conti won an Oscar in 1983 for his work on The Right Stuff; at about the same time he became a prolific composer of television themes, writing music for series including Dallas, Falcon Crest, Cagney and Lacey and Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous. Our [ Christmas Special ] has been budgeted for [ $10,718,954. mm ], with a pre-production schedule which shall commence immediately upon funding and continue through principle photography, November 29, through December 29,2016. During such time the Completion Bond Company shall underwrite [ 100% ] one hundred percent of the entire Christmas Special Production. Moreover, an additional caveat with respect to New York City

Mr. Roper's Executive Officer Positions have been:
Executive Vice President in Charge of Production for Media Entertainment. Thereinafter , President / CEO and founder of SE International Group, a Television Commercial Production Company with clients as, Sony, Panasonic, JVC, Audiovox, Eletrovox, Max Factor, British Sterling, Yardly, Lincoln / Mercury...In Addition, Mr Roper was appointed President / CFO for NB Entertainment, where he was instrumental and was the major force in the development and merger of Dini Entertainment Group & Distribution. Subsequently, Mr Roper effectuated and implemented the timely orchestration as co-founder in which his leadership headed- up the European Entertainment Group, thereby according him Executive Vice President / COO in Charge of Production European Region. Thereinafter, his Executive Position expanded to President / CEO / Chairman of Cherry Stone Ent, & Distribution Group. During this period, Mr. Roper was approached by Carleigh Film Corporation and was offered a new assignment and position, President / CEO of Carleigh Film Production & Distribution, another European Production Company, which was home for some many years. During this period of expansive and development a new Partnership and Agreement evolved, by and between Carleigh Film Corporation and Westchester Pictures Company, bestowing and according Mr Roper another pivotal [ nod ] and assignment as, President / CEO for Westchester Pictures Company, where he maintain that distinction today.

Joseph J. Randazzo CEO/President.
As a young businessman Joseph had a goal to be a millionaire by the time he turned 30 years old. By age 26 he had made over six million dollars in cash, real estate equity and other business transactions.
While in college, Joseph assisted his mother who owned a soup, salad and sandwich shop called, “The Subway”. This was well before the successful chain we all know today. His mother suffered a severe heart attack and at 19 years old Joseph volunteered to take over the family business. Within two years he doubled the number of locations and tripled the profits. After training his brother to take over the business Joseph traveled to New York to study Directing and Production at the prestigious H.B Studios… he also studied with Sandy Meisner and Stella Adler.
Top Gun Trainer renowned Richard Burnett and early coach of Joseph, said If you were to go back and track Joseph's life from early on you will find he loves to excel. For instance in 1960’s Joseph attended St. Irenaeus grammar School. The Flame of Hope Foundation had a contest through the entire United States of America challenging the schools and students to see who could sell the most candles for charity. The winning school and student would receive a prize - a new playground facility and the top selling student would receive John F. Kennedy's personal favorite gold PT-109 tie clasp. Eunice Shriver and Ted Kennedy awarded St. Irenaeus School the new playground, and Joseph J. Randazzo the favorite tie clasp of President John F. Kennedy as the top selling student in the USA.

Randazzo served as an assistant to one of the founding fathers of Hollywood, Edward R. Stavitsky. As a Banker, Financier, Star Maker and Hollywood-Deal- Doer, Stavitsky has had no equal. He was a principal force in the financing, production, and distribution of over 1,500 major motion pictures. Stavitsky and his partners founded Albert Barrett Stavitsky Studio and the world famous Bronston Studios in Madrid, Spain. Dr. Zhivago, Ben Hur, El Cid, King of Kings, and Circus World were all produced at Bronston.
Ed and legendary music man "Bumps" Blackwell started Entertainment Management International (EMI) and ushered in Rock 'N Roll with acts like The Beatles, Little Richard, Ray Charles, Mick Jagger and Janis Joplin.
Under the tutelage and association with the late Edward Stavitsky, Joseph assisted in and digested the deal points of some of Hollywood's most interesting film projects; Jaws I and II, Manchurian Candidate, The Sting, Close Encounters of a Third Kind, and many other Hollywood classics. Joseph has a keen sense of what it takes to produce a successful entertainment project and how to make sure the investors enjoy the lowest possible risk.
Joseph also understands the producer's side of the equation. Not only has he successfully helmed his own projects but he acted as a Producer's Representative from 1984 -1989.
As a Producer's Rep he assisted producers in getting financing, consulted on projects, and participated as general management of motion pictures including their distribution deals. During this period he worked in all these capacities resulting in over 100 feature films. Joseph earned a reputation as a man of action; the philosophy being, a failure is not an option - I am not going away until this is right for everyone.
Joseph also produced and co-wrote the feature film Sword of Heaven; he produced and directed First Pilgrimage to India as well as producing and directing 78 episodes for the television show, Contactees. Joseph has always had a dream to run point on a major studio with a goal to up-lift the art and standard of greater film making to where he would hold the producers responsible for quality and content… and in return bring great wealth to all those who participate.
Mr. Randazzo has joint ventured with Executive Producer, Mr. JR Roper on a ten picture slate of major motion picture films to be produced in New York City. Currently Joseph is concentrating on financing several entertainment projects such as the Four (4) Season Icon Celebrity Special Events, starting with Merry Christmas, New York City and Happy 4th of July,… USA.

SUMMING UP THE NEXT FEW STEPS:
1.) In order for this show to be shot in New York City with the promised locations decorated for the Christmas Holiday Season and present proposed Talent, We are now required to move quickly and lock down these major show elements.
2.) We seek a Funding Partner who will understand this schedule as a Team Player and have the capacity to deposit the production funds into our production escrow account of WFG National Title Escrow Company.
3.) Please provide us your simple letter of interest (LOI) and POF.
4.) Upon the completion of all procedures, steps and compliance, the production funds will be released from escrow on a draw down per the show budget and schedule to complete this award winning style Special ICONIC Television Presentation.
