Hak Cipta adalah hak eksklusif pencipta yang timbul secara otomatis berdasarkan prinsip deklaratif setelah suatu ciptaan diwujudkan dalam bentuk nyata tanpa mengurangi pembat-asan sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan. Ketentuan Pidana: Pasal 113 1. Setiap Orang yang dengan tanpa hak melakukan pelanggaran hak ekonomi sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 9 ayat (1) huruf i untuk Penggunaan Secara Komersial dipidana dengan pidana penjara paling lama 1 (satu) tahun dan/atau pidana denda paling banyak Rp100.000.000 (seratus juta rupiah). 2. Setiap Orang yang dengan tanpa hak dan/atau tanpa izin Pencipta atau pemegang Hak Cipta melakukan pelanggaran hak ekonomi Pencipta sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 9 ayat (1) huruf c, huruf d, huruf f, dan/ atau huruf h untuk Penggunaan Secara Komersial dipidana dengan pidana penjara paling lama 3 (tiga) tahun dan/atau pidana denda paling banyak Rp500.000.000,00 (lima ratus juta rupiah). 3. Setiap Orang yang dengan tanpa hak dan/atau tanpa izin Pencipta atau pemegang Hak Cipta melakukan pelanggaran hak ekonomi Pencipta sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 9 ayat (1) huruf a, huruf b, huruf e, dan/ atau huruf g untuk Penggunaan Secara Komersial dipidana dengan pidana penjara paling lama 4 (empat) tahun dan/atau pidana denda paling banyak Rp1.000.000.000,00 (satu miliar rupiah). 4. Setiap Orang yang memenuhi unsur sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (3) yang dilakukan dalam bentuk pembajakan, dipidana dengan pidana penjara paling lama 10 (sepuluh) tahun dan/atau pidana denda paling banyak Rp4.000.000.000,00 (empat miliar rupiah). Pasal 114 Setiap Orang yang mengelola tempat perdagangan dalam segala bentuknya yang dengan sengaja dan mengetahui membiarkan penjualan dan/atau penggandaan barang hasil pelanggaran Hak Cipta dan/atau Hak Terkait di tempat perdagangan yang dikelolanya sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 10, dipidana dengan pidana denda paling banyak Rp100.000.000,00 (seratus juta rupiah). Berbeda dengan beberapa literatur tentang perempuan yang telah ada, buku ini mencoba menawarkan distingsi dengan memperluas sudut pandang kelimuan dalam memahami perempuan, disamping tetap menawarkan perpektif Islam terhadap isu-isu gender seperti kepemimpinan perempuan, kesetaraan gender, poligami, dan feminisme. Isu lain yang menjadi titik tekan dari buku ini adalah bagaimana relasi antara perempuan dengan politik. Di tengah keterbatasan gerak perempuan karena dominasi budaya politik Perempuan Islam Dalam Berbagai Perspektif I v patriarki, buku ini mencoba memberikan ilustrasi peluang dan memberikan solusi nyata peningkatan partisipasi perempuan dalam politik. Sebagai penutup buku, terdapat bab yang secara khusus menggambarkan urgensitas peran dan pengaruh perempuan di berbagai negara yang mengacu pada pengaruh mereka pada dunia pada tahun 2020. Pemberian data faktual dan autentik ini tentu saja, menjadi validasi terhadap pentingnya kedudukukan perempuan terhadap peradaban manusia. Pengertian Perempuan Memahami pengertian perempuan tentunya tidak bisa lepas dari persoalan fisik dan psikis. Dari sudut pandang fisik di dasarkan pada struktur biologis komposisi dan perkembangan unsur-unsur kimia tubuh. Sedangkan Sudut pandang psikis didasarkan pada persifatan, maskulinitas atau feminitas. Perempuan dalam konteks psikis atau gender didefinisikan sebagai sifat yang melekat pada seseorang untuk menjadi feminim. Sedangkan perempuan dalam pengertian fisik merupakan salah satu jenis kelamin yang ditandai oleh alat reproduksi berupa rahim, sel telur dan payudara sehingga perempuan dapat hamil, melahirkan dan menyusui. Dalam kamus bahasa indonesia disebutkan bahwa perempuan berarti jenis kelamin yakni orang atau manusia yang memiliki rahim, mengalami menstruasi, hamil, melahirkan, dan menyusui.1 Sedangkan untuk kata “wanita” biasanya digunakan untuk menunjukkan perempuan yang sudah dewasa. Ungkapan istilah wanita dan perempuan nampaknya memang hanya semata persoalan sinonim. Namun jika dirunut lebih dalam, Perempuan Islam Dalam Berbagai Perspektif I 1 ternyata memiliki konotasi dan makna yang berbeda, kendati bagi kaum Hawa sendiri rasanya lebih enak menggunakan ungkapan kata wanita ketimbang perempuan. Padahal, dalam bahasa Sanskerta kata wan itu artinya nafsu, sehingga wanita artinya yang dinafsui, atau obyek seks; jadi wanita itu obyek nafsu atau seks. Sedangkan perempuan berasal dari kata empu
