It’s a home fit for a casino king.

Uber wealthy finance scion Brett Icahn’s glitzy Midtown penthouse is now available for rent — for $20,000 a month.

The 35­year­old son of big time gambling mogul Carl Icahn put the property on the market for sale in November, with an initial asking price of $4.3 million, which has now been slashed to $3.7 million, but now the young business magnate has decided he might prefer to rent it, instead.

Icahn, who co­manages a whopping $6 billion portfolio for , his dad’s multi­billion dollar holding company, snagged the unit for $2.9 million in 2009.

The glitzy property, atop 454 W. 46th St., was featured in the hit movie “9 ¹/2 Weeks,” starring Mickey Rourke and Kim Basinger and has two sprawling terraces, stunning views of the Midtown skyline and the Hudson River and floor to ceiling glass walls.

The 48­unit building, known has the Piano Factory, dates back to 1847 and was converted into co­ops in the 1970s. It’s known for its European style interior courtyard and wrought iron entryway.

Bachelor Icahn, who may well be his father’s successor if speculation is believed, is credited with encouraging his dad to make extremely successful investments in companies such as Netflix.
