A. 2 By TSB Circular 241 of 14 June 2004, it was announced that the following ITU-T Recommendation was deleted, in accordance with the procedures outlined in ITU-T Recommendation A.8 § 8.2, of the WTSA (Montreal, 2000):

– ITU-T Recommendation I.620 (18/10/1996): Frame relay operation and maintenance principles and functions

The conditions governing the deletion of ITU-T Recommendations were met and 22 Member States and 35 Sector Members participating in the meeting of Study Group 13 (Geneva, from 3 to 12 February 2004) proposed to delete this ITU-T Recommendation. 12 Administrations of Member States responded to the consultation on 8 June 2004, and no objection to this deletion was received.

1. In order to meet the requests of Administrations/recognized operating agencies for updated information on Data Country Codes (DCCs), the TSB prepares a list of Data Country or Geographical Area Codes (DCCs). The List, position on 15 July 2000, has been published as Annex to ITU Operational Bulletin No. 720 of 15 July 2000. Moreover, the individual additions (new assignments) and changes of DCCs are continuously published in the ITU Operational Bulletin each time when a decision is made.

2. The List of this year replaces the previous one published in the Annex to ITU Operational Bulletin No. 720 of 15 July 2000 and contains all amendments published in the ITU Operational Bulletins up to ITU OB No. 817 of 1 August 2004.
