Who we are Marulin is an independent, award-winning tea company based in London. Our tea heritage extends from four generations of family tea farming and craft oolong production in Nantou, Taiwan.

What we do As a family of tea producers, tea makers and a tea ceremony teacher, we care about the communities that bring tea to you. Our principles include: paying fair market price for tea harvests, working with farmers to ensure sustainability and quality in their harvests, and cooperating with small-scale tea farmers for artisanal teas. Our goal is to keep artisanal tea from dying and help create new innovations. Having our teas will bring you on a little journey with each sip.

Delivery Upon time of acknowledgement of receiving your order, we aim to process and dispatch your order within 3 working days unless otherwise communicated. If there is a delay in dispatching goods due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you and advise you of the revised schedule. Delivery costs are based on order value, size, time, and delivery destination. We will communicate options for delivery to you after you contact us with your order.

Payment Payment shall be made at the time that the order is placed. Orders are shipped after payment is received in full and cleared. Payment is accepted by direct bank payment. Returns Goods are to be inspected by the Customer within a reasonable time after delivery. Goods damaged in transit or any shortages must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt.
