Vice President Come to the Western Elementary Fall Carnival this coming Friday, Emily Moon September 5 from 5 p.m to 9 p.m. ! You won’t want to miss out on all the Secretary fun and the opportunity to support our school. There will be baskets for Amanda Long silent auction and flower pots for live auction (be sure to bring your

checkbook!). Kids will enjoy a cakewalk, inflatables, face painting, pony Treasurer Lori Showalter rides, sand art, wax hands, a magic show, and lots of games with prizes.

Programs Update PTO MEMBERSHIP

CONTEST The class who turns in the most boxtops and labels by November 1 will win a pizza party. Also, don't

forget to send in empty printer cartridges. Remember to send back your form and $5 dues to join the PTO. Tuesday, Sept. 2, is Hat Day . It’s OK to use your head for a hat rack today! Wednesday, Sept. 3, is Pajama DaDayyyy. Wear them comfy or wild, but be discreet! Thursday, Sept. 4, is Ugly Shirt Day . Everyone’s got one, so wear it proudly!

Friday, Sept. 5, is Western Wear Day . Wear red and black to show your support! (If you want a Western Elementary TT----shirtshirt to wear, send $10 in an envelope marked “PTO TT----shirt.”shirt.” Be sure to include a note with the color (red or gray), size, child’s name, and teacher’s name.)

Carnival Food Price List Get your Carnival Activity Bracelet Now! Activity Bracelet (after 9/4) $15 We will offer bracelets for the same price as last year that will allow your Pulled Pork Sandwich $4 child to participate in all of the games, inflatables, and the cake walk as Pulled Pork Meal $6 (Sandwich, chips, slaw, drink) often as they wish. The bracelets will be $15.00 each the night of the Hot Dog $1.50 carnival, but you can purchase them until September 4 for $13.00 using the Hot Dog Meal $3 form below. No refunds will be given on the purchase of bracelets.
