The following pages show the artwork gracing the containers and the bottles of the all natural lavored soda. Featuring art from over 45 diferent artists, Deadworld soda is a taste that some are willing to die for. Each flavor comes in 4 different choices of bottle artwork. In 2011, NBC News reported zombie culture added $5 billion to the economy per annum. With the popularity of new movies, TV shows, video games, and of course, comics, the zombie theme continues to grow even more. The zombie series, The Walking Dead, inished in the Top 10 of ALL television shows in 2013 ”including all cable and network). The zombie movie, World War Z was the 13th highest grossing ilm for 2013. In video games, The Last of Us based on surviving zombies, was the overall 6th best- selling video game. The mass market book, The Zombie Survival Guide made the NY Times best-seller list. Zombies have become part of the fabric of American Culture and DeadWorld is considered the preeminent zombie comic series. The Deadworld Line The initial Caprice beverage release will be branded Deadworld, which is one of the longest running (since 1985) independent comic series. Deadworld is based upon zombies which have become one of the major popular culture themes in North America today. During the past 12 months, Deadworld has received numerous industry honors including The Best in Horror Comics from The Ghastly Awards. Deadworld was also nominated for Best Horror series in the Shel Dorf Awards and the Comic Monsters Award. Intrastate also bottles and distributes beverage product lines for industry giants such as Snapple, Jones Soda, Arizona Ice Tea, and many others. Paul Burke Paul teamed up with Marvel Comics creator, Stan Lee, to present the Comic Book Greats video series featuring top names in comic books discussing the trade. He partnered with super-star creator, Todd McFarlane to launch McFarlane Toys which became a worldwide phenomenon company with revenues of over 100 million and revolutionized the action igure industry. Gary Reed Gary is the publisher of Caliber Comics, one of the leading independent comic book companies in the market and a company that helped to launch the careers of dozens of today’s top creators who have revitalized such stalwart characters as Spiderman, Avengers, Captain America and more. Caliber remains the largest comic publisher to ever come to Michigan. Adverising Iniiaives Caprice Brands is creating a series of print advertisements based upon related themes of horror and zombies and similar concepts. The ads are designed to employ humor yet maintain an appreciation and respect for the genre. Our focus will be on providing advertisements that will suit our unique customers, that is the stores and outlets that carry the product to provide for the end consumer. We will be lexible and open to customers’ needs for best utilization of advertising in our promotion-on-demand strategy, which of course, encompasses advertising. We will employ full page advertisements in over 500 digital releases from Caliber, Transfuzion, Binary, and other producers in our initial launch and will place advertisements in appropriate comic book titles from independent publishers. Direct mailers will be sent to targeted consumers that are derived from strategic partnerships with suppliers and vendors. Implement advertising campaign with cultural magazines and newspapers found in all urban areas. Develop advertising program in conjunction with special event coordinators such as those found at Halloween season with funhouses, mazes, and other horriic events. Targeted email campaign of variant and chase product to entice and drive consumers into the stores utilizing our Locator Service on the homepage of the website. Create a video available for specialty shops centered on horror, zombies, and comics. Establishment of an Event Schedule on the social media site, YeeHive with participation from the 45 artists contributing to the line as well as company functions. An aggressive advertising and impression purchase on social media sites such as Facebook. For other social media sites, will engage in active participation ”twitter, instagram). Promoion Conventions: • 40 artists attending over 75 comicbook conventions, large and small, big cities and small towns. • Each artist signing autographs and promoting the DeadWorld Beverage brand, utilizing zombie trading cards which feature their original DeadWorld created art. • Approximately 2,000,000+ visitors will be in attendance receiving the DeadWorld Beverages promotional messages. • Caprice Brands will have a presence at 8 major comicbook conventions dispensing samples, swag and more. • Caprice Brands will display and promote DeadWorld beverages at select Horror & Science Fiction Conventions. Artists In-Store Appearances: • Contributing artists to the DeadWorld Beverage line are available for in-store signing appearances to promote DeadWorld beverages ”Upon request – Cost TBD). Chase Markeing All 12 lavors will be available as a set ”one of each lavor) in a sealed Collector / Club 12 pack box employing bottle, crown and label product variations. The Collector / Club 12 pack will include an exclusive DeadWorld promotional comic, spotlighting the artwork used on the bottles and cartons of each box. Everything is designed to bring new and existing customers into retail outlets / store(s). Chase marketing is based on creating demand for a product through limited or selected availability to consumers through short-packing of product or product variations by region or retailer ”product exclusives). The initial line of beverages from Caprice Brands, DeadWorld Zombie Soda, consists of 12 lavors. 8 common lavors and 4 lavors of limited availability. All 12 lavors are available for general merchandising, as initial sales indicate 4 less popular lavors, they will be produced in smaller quantities creating 4 limited lavors.
