Rosemere High School Music Program

September 18th, 2019 Volume 1, Issue 1

Welcome!

Welcome to a new school year. I hope you all had a wonderful and restful summer.

We have already accomplished quite a lot of work during music class. Our Secondary I students have been introduced to the instruments used in a concert band and have all chosen their instruments. The Secondary II, III, IV and V students have been composing their own music using a software called soundation. I encourage you to listen their compositions.

This is the first year I attempt a newsletter for the music department. I hope it will help to keep you informed of all of our activities. I look forward to meeting you at Curriculum night tomorrow. Please note that during curriculum night, Twigg Musique will be in the lobby of RHS selling music accessories (mouthpieces, reeds, picks etc.).
