Idyllically situated amongst pine trees and close to the beautiful scenery, spectacular beaches and rocky coves of the Costa Brava, Camping La Siesta benefits from being on the doorstep of the villages of Calella de Palafrugell and Llafranc and the main town of Palafrugell, all of which have a variety of bars and restaurants.
If you are looking for a simple, relaxing week in the sun, you cannot go wrong!
The swimming pools
You will enjoy to relax by the on-site swimming pools :
- A small swimming pool with free sun loungers 9am-6pm - A large swimming pool with fun slides and free sun loungers 10am-8pm
For your information, swimming shorts are allowed. The sun loungers are free.

Snack bar, bakery, supermarket, souvenirs shop, newspapers, pizzeria, take away, launderette, Wi-Fi, cash machine, gym, on- site doctor.
Please note the opening times may vary in low season / high season.

Barriers: Open from 8am to midnight. Cars must be parked on the outside parking after midnight.

Bike rental: 1 day 13€ or 25€; 1 week 70€ or 115€. The first price is for a normal bike and the second one for a mountain bike. A 25€ deposit is required per rental.
On-site gym: Stay in shape during your holiday! You will just need to go to main reception and leave your camping pass to get the key [adults 18+ only]
On-site doctor: From Monday to Friday 5pm – 7.30pm ; Saturday and Sunday 9.30am – 12 noon
Animations and activities
You will find a wide range of great amenities: a big playground for your children, multisport ground, tennis tables, gym.
Great activities are also offered to holidaymakers: spinning lessons, aqua gym, Zumba sessions, mountain bike rides, cycle tourism, hiking, guided walks, dancing sessions, sports tournaments including basketball, beach volley and beach soccer.
Kids Club (5-12 years old): games, workshops, artistic activities such as painting, mini discos… The youngest must be accompanied by a parent.
Activities are organised from 10.30am to 8pm, in high season only.
For teenagers, great activities are also organised: tournaments of tennis table, basketball, beach volley, beach soccer, water games, dancing sessions, slacklining. Activities are organised from 9.30am to 9.30pm.

Evening activities and entertainment
After a day by the pool or splashing in the sea, what better way to relax than sipping a nice cocktail at the on-site bar while enjoying the evening shows! [only in high season]
Evening entertainment including Talent show, musicals, concerts, comedy acts, mini discos etc.
Campsite rules
When you book with Lifestyle Holidays, you agree to comply with the campsite rules which are on display at main reception or can be handed out on request. We advise you to read them carefully. We cannot be responsible if you get evicted from the resort for any breach of the rules. Please note that you might not be allowed to wear swimming shorts or shirts in the pool. It is strictly prohibited to enter the swimming pools outside the opening hours. Please respect your neighbours, any abusive and repetitive disturbance noises could lead to sanctions.

GETTING AROUND
On foot
The village of Calella de Palafrugell is very easy to get to on foot as it is only a short 15 minutes’ walk from the campsite. This old fishing village and its stunning pathways along the Mediterranean are a must in the Costa Brava. This is a great place to discover hidden rocky coves!
You can also discover the small village of Llafranc, a 20 minutes’ walk from the campsite.
Cycling
If you don’t have the possibility to bring your bikes, you should know that you can rent some on site. Bikes, mountain bikes, kid bikes, the whole family will be able to enjoy fantastic bike rides along the Costa Brava. For more information, tariffs and the rental, please go to main reception.
Bus service SARFA - MOVENTIS
You also have the possibility to take a coach to discover these towns: Calella de Palafrugell, Palafrugell, Llafranc and Tamariu. The closest bus stop is just outside the campsite. PORTAVENTURA: Located in Vila-Seca, near Salou, it is the biggest theme park of Spain. It is also one of the most iconic in Europe. Entertainment and Events
CAP ROIG FESTIVAL: It is a music festival that takes place every year in July and August, featuring famous global artists such as Rod Stewart, Elton John, Sting, Lady Gaga, James Morrison, The Corrs… The concerts take place in the splendid gardens of Cap Roig, in Calella de Palafrugell. WHITE SUMMER: The White Summer festival occurs in Pals (about 25mins from the campsite) and usually takes place during the three first weeks of August, from 6pm to 1am every day. It is an innovative market mixing shopping, gastronomy and art in a unique natural environment. The atmosphere is relaxed, bohemian and magical. Free entrance for White Summer Festival children under 12 years old, 7€ for adults. http://www.whitesummer.es/

PLACES TO VISIT AROUND THE CAMPSITE
PALAFRUGELL – This Catalan city is a must if you are staying in the area! You will find numerous shops, restaurants and bars, but also the famous gardens of Cap Roig, a stunning and peaceful parc. It will take approximately 10 minutes to drive there.
CADAQUÉS – Famous « fishing village » with a quaint charm, you will find a great number of art galleries. You can also visit the house of the famous painter Salvador Dali, which has been converted in a museum. It will take approximately 1h40 to drive there.
EMPURIABRAVA – Known as the biggest marina of Europe with more than 30km of canals, it is called the « Spanish Venice ». If the thrills and spills are for you, there is the Skydive Empuriabrava centre which has a worldwide reputation. It will take approximately 1h10 to drive there.
FIGUERES – This city hosts the famous Dali Museum as well as the Castell San Ferran, one of the biggest fortresses in Europe. Figueres is situated about 1h drive from the campsite.
LE PERTHUS AND LA JONQUERA – Respectively last town of France before the border and first town of Spain after the border, this two towns are mainly known for their competitive prices on many products such as perfumes, cosmetics, delicatessen, alcohol, tobacco. Make sure you are well-informed about the regulation of goods transport. It will take approximately 1h20 to drive there.

LLORET DE MAR - Only 50 minutes away from the campsite, Lloret de Mar is one of the most popular holiday destinations in the region. It is the place to go for fun, parties and casino nights. Despite its festive reputation, the town also has a lot to offer in terms of history and culture.
BARCELONE - It is a must see of your holidays! You will enjoy everything about this city: its architecture, its numerous shops, its cathedral and its football stadium. The Catalan capital is located only an hour and a half away from the campsite.
