• From 2018: – Completing revision of museum collections – Project of making replicas of museum artefacts – Sanation of the Museum (new doors, windows and louvers) support by the Ministry of Culture – New system of phisical and digital protection of Museum – Conservation of museum artefacts and necropolis – Research project on ancient pottery with Austrian Archaeologic Institute – New concept of permanent exhibition in the Museum and new interpretation – Strenthing relations with other museums which keep artefacts from Budva – Better collaboration with Tourist Organization of Budva and local Police office – Increasing number of visitors in Museum (collaboration with tourist agencies, TOB, schools, universities, hotels...) – Better signalization of the necropolis and other sites (Old town) – Making new a Internet presentation of Institution – Making authentic and official souvenires 42 JUBILEE (1938–2018)
