The GEM vehicle line is 100 percent electric and emits zero tailpipe emissions. GEM vehicles have been driven almost 500 million emission- free miles, saving more than 19.5 million gallons of gasoline. This translates into a CO2 reduction equivalent to planting nearly a half-million trees. “GEM is a successful example of how Chrysler Group is reducing CO2 emissions while answering customer needs for alternatively powered vehicles,” said Steve Bartoli—Head of Regulatory Affairs and Engineering Planning, Chrysler Group LLC. “GEM is directly responsible for cutting CO2 output by more than 93,000 tons by replacing gasoline-powered vehicles with electric vehicles.” The Fargo, North Dakota based manufacturer was acquired 10 years ago by Chrysler Group to assist the major automaker in their continuing efforts and commitment to developing, producing and selling environmentally-friendly vehicles. GEM Battery-Electric Vehicles – The Eco-Friendly, Cost-Effective Transportation Alternative Classified as Low Speed Vehicles (LSV) or Neighborhood Electric Vehicles (NEVs) by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the GEM vehicle line is street-legal in most states on roads posted 35 mph or less. -

Having an efficient logistics management system is no longer a choice but a necessarily for these firms considering the global opportunities that have opened for this industry. The Indian automotive component industry has shown tremendous growth over the last decade. Today it has 480 companies, employees more than 2,50,000 people and has an estimated turnover of approximately Rs 45,000 crore (US$ 10 billion). On export front also, the industry has grown by leaps and bounds, generating an overseas sales of to Rs. 8,190 Crores (US$ 1.8 billion) in 2005-06, which is nearly three times of what it exported in 2001-02 (US$ 578 million)1. PRODUCTION AND MOPAR PURCHASING GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS Introduction. Seller and FCA US (the “Parties”) acknowledge the following mutually beneficial goals and objectives in entering into this Order: (i) to ensure a reliable and timely supply of goods covered by the Order; (ii) to implement common or complementary processes to forecast necessary quantities, place orders, ship, receive and make payments for goods; (iii) to identify, contain and resolve promptly and fairly any issues as to timeliness and quality of goods delivered; and (iv) collaboratively to identify opportunities and implement cost savings measures related to the goods covered by the Order and the processes of creating, shipping, receiving, and Seller’s using of those goods, all in accordance with applicable law and the specific terms and conditions of the Order. This statement of these shared goals and objectives is intended to be a general introduction to the Order and is not intended to expand or limit the scope of the Parties’ obligations or alter the plain meaning of this Order’s terms and conditions as set forth hereinafter.
