College tours provide an enriching and fun spring break adventure where youth get a taste of independence, accountability $300 includes and self discovery. WHAT: College Experience Tour (Georgia and Alabama)

WHEN: March 15-19, 2020

COST: $300 registration (transportation & lodging) + $40 a day for food.

DETAILS: Leaving at 9:30PM on Sunday, March 15 from the I Will Mentorship Foundation (3903 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd, Fort Myers, FL 33916) and returning on Thursday, March 19th late at night.

I Will Mentorship Foundation Rules and Guidelines

1. I will adhere to the IWMF Expectations provided with this permission form.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE RULES WILL RESULT IN BEING REMOVED FROM THE TRIP AT THE EXPENSE OF THE STUDENT’S PARENT/GUARDIAN AND THE OFFENDING STUDENT WILL BE PROHIBITED FROM ATTENDING FUTURE TRIPS UNTIL THE MATTER HAS BEEN RESOLVED WITH THE FOUNDATION ADMINISTRATION, THE STUDENT, AND THE PARENT OF THE STUDENT.

IWMF EXPECTATIONS

1. Students will respect the right of each person to participate and have fun. 2. Students will conduct themselves in a responsible manner. (No risk taking or dangerous activities.) 3. Students will be drug free (this includes alcohol, tobacco, and vaping.) 4. Students who require prescription medication will be responsible for turning their medication into the chaperones. 5. Students will be respectful to, and cooperate with, all adults present. 6. Students will remain with the group throughout the duration of the trip. 7. Students will be responsible for their belongings (phones, headphones, computers, purses, wallets, clothing, etc.) 8. Students will dress appropriately (in accordance with Lee County School District Dress Code.) 9. Students will participate in all campus-related tour activities. 10. Students will participate in the community service event provided during the trip. 11. Students will follow additional rules tailored for each specific event.

HOTEL SPECIFIC EXPECTATIONS

1. Students will adhere to a 10PM curfew. 2. Students will not visit rooms assigned to members of the opposite sex. 3. Students will be responsible for any additional costs charged to their rooms (ie. room service, on-demand movies, damages, etc.) 4. Students will adhere to hotel noise and behavior regulations (ie. no excessive noise, horseplay, hallway loitering.)
