A week before defending his UFC welterweight title at UFC 214, champion Tyron Woodley (@TWooodley) works as desk analyst in Long Island for Friday and Saturday’s coverage. Reporter Megan Olivi (@MeganOlivi) interviews fighters on-site. Former champion and current No. 1-ranked bantamweight Dominick Cruz (@DominickCruz) and retired middleweight Brian Stann (@BrianStann) join blow-by-blow announcer Jon Anik (@Jon_Anik) to call the fights live from Long Island. UFC bantamweight Erik "Goyito" Perez (@Goyito_Perez) and Troy Santiago (@TroySantiagoTV) call the Spanish language telecast on FOX Deportes. Woodley is looking forward to his television work heading into his title fight, saying: “I’m ready to fight today! I’m passionate about being a television analyst and it will play as a healthy distraction before my title defense. I have a UFC 214 media day in New York City on Thursday before heading out to Long Island for the weekend, so I’m killing two birds with one stone.
