Many people hold a resolution of getting healthy which might be hard to keep up with come the second month of the year. Whether it is to lose weight, get stronger or simply to feel better, most people have a plan to make this year healthier than the last one. The easiest way to get big changes is to start with small ones. By implementing one change at a time slowly, the new habits are more likely to stick around once the excitement of the New Year is long gone.
