Further, there is almost no plot. The flames got steadily more cringeworthy as their range of abilities grew and 'The Woman In Red' made Flydd justify way too many random decisions. Average rating 4. One long battle scene This third installment of this previously-entertaining series is a significant letdown from the first two entrees. Great read. Who needs movies when there are books like this. The characters become more integrated and the magic is impressive, as are the battles. A definite step up from the first one - characters no longer seemingly struck by minutes long indecision at times when they apparently have 30 seconds in which to act. We follow multiple different story lines throughout the books to a satisfying conclusion in the Curse of the Chosen, and I recommend this set of books highly! Get A Copy.
