Burglary

Reference: 1470 27th December Location: Court, Warnham Date and time: Approx. 2337hrs 27th December Details: The property was entered via an insecure door. Nothing was stolen.

Reference: 0210 30th December Location: Wineham Date and time: Between 24th and 30th December Details: Damage was caused to a rear door believe in an attempt to enter, no entry was made and nothing was stolen.

Burglary other than Dwelling

Reference: 0798 28th December Location: Tower Hill, Date and time: Between 1930hrs 27th December and 1015hrs 28th December Details: 2 Pedal cycles were stolen from an insecure garage.

Reference: 0846 29th December Location: Forest Road, Colgate Date and time: Between 25th and 29th December Details: A shed door was forced open and garden tools were stolen.

Reference: 0343 27th December Location: Date and time: Between 0300hrs and 0500hrs 26th December Details: Lead was stolen from a garage roof.

Appeal after robbery at Horsham Skate Park

Sussex Police is appealing for information after a robbery in Horsham skate park.

At 3.15pm on Wednesday, December 18, two 17-year-old boys were robbed by a group of unknown males as they walked through the park with two friends.

They were both beaten and one of the victims had his phone stolen.

The suspects are described as a group of four black males thought to be aged around 18 or 19, wearing puffer jackets.

Horsham drug warning after two men taken to hospital in critical condition

Police have warned drug takers to seek immediate medical attention if they are feeling unwell after two men were taken to hospital in a critical condition.

The men were found in Horsham Park around 11pm on Saturday evening (December 28) having collapsed after taking what are believed to be illegal substances.

Detective Inspector Colin Garman said: "We are trying to identify just what these two men had taken to cause them to become critically ill and want to hear from anyone with information. In particular, we would like to speak to a group of men who were reported to be in the area at the time.

"We will have an increased police presence in the area and you can talk to officers there or contact us online or call 101 quoting Operation Clock. Alternatively, you can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
