Where appropriate you may be asked to provide photo ID. All visitors will be issued with a badge that should be worn and visible at all times. HEALTH AND SAFETY FOR VISITORS While on site, you are legally responsible for taking reasonable care of your own health and safety and the safety of others affected by your activities. If you have any concerns regarding health and safety, please raise it with a member of staff or reception who will then pass this information on to the relevant person to address. Please note that Evelyn Grace is a no smoking site, this includes e- cigarettes. EVAVCUATION PROCEDURE In the case of a fire, please activate the nearest fire alarm point immediately Leave the building via the nearest fire exit Do not use the lifts Do not stop to collect your belongings Report to the visitor evacuation point in the MUGA (multi-use games area, pictured left). Do not re-enter the building until instructed to do so www.evelyngraceacademy.org How to find us Please note Ark Evelyn Grace Academy has two main entrances: Loughborough Park (SW9 8TA) which is easily accessible via public transport AND Shakespeare Road (SE24 0QN) which is easily accessible via car. Travelling by Bus: Travelling by Tube: P5 to Moorland Road, Loughborough Park Brixton underground station approx. 15 min (stop x or stop w) - 2min walk to the walk to the Loughborough Park gate Loughborough Park gate entrance entrance 345, 45, 35 and P4 to Shakespeare Road (stop K or stop U) - 5min walk down Travelling by Car: Loughborough Park to the Loughborough Please ensure you use our Shakespeare Road Park gate entrance (SE24 0QN) entrance if travelling by car as our Travelling by National Rail: car park is only accessible off of Shakespeare Road. To the Loughborough Park entrance: Brixton station - approx. 10 min walk Please check availability and arrange for a Loughborough Junction - approx. 5 min walk visitor parking space via your academy To the Shakespeare Road entrance: contact ahead of your visit as we can not Herne Hill station - approx. 15 min walk guarantee visitor parking on the day.
