CONSERVATIVES WORKING FOR YOUR VILLAGES NEIGHBOURHOOD PLANS When you first elected me, Tina Combellack, as your Borough Councillor in 2009, for the then Nevile Ward, I vowed to promote Vibrant Villages in the Vale. I have also been representing Colston Bassett, Hickling including Rushcliffe as trustee of RCAN (Rural Communities Action ) enabling Hickling Pastures and Upper me to aid and advise communities on Rural grant funding. Broughton are well on the way to submitting their draft plans for I endeavour to represent all constituents and their interests whether; young, old, inspector approval. new to the area, working, between jobs, in education or retired, home or land owners, renting or sharing accommodation. You all have individual interests and concerns - building a new house, planning an extension, parking concerns or driveway access, broadband, pruning a tree, erecting a fence, and many more. Through persistent scrutiny of our policy on trees I have secured 10 trees for each of the Parishes, which will be planted and maintained by Rushcliffe in their first year.
