Mcdonough Congratulations—Mcdonough's 8U Gamers Volume: Seven · Issue Six When Information Matters July, 2014 Congratulations to McDonough’s Own 8U Gamers 2014 Roberto Clemente World Series Champions McDonough's own 8U Gamers, under Head Coach Chris Garner (Back Left), has won the 2014 AABC Roberto Clemente World Series by defeating the Blue Jays from Puerto Rico in the Championship game on Saturday evening (7-26-14). The final score was11 - 5 in an exciting, hard-fought contest. The RCWS has been played at Richard Craig Park in McDonough McDonough for 14 consecutive years.     MISS DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA USA DESHAUNA BARBER CROWNED MISS USA 2016 Las Vegas, Nevada – June 5, 2016 – Miss District of Columbia USA Deshauna Barber was crowned Miss USA 2016 at the new T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada this evening. The telecast aired live on FOX. Deshauna is 26 years old and was born in Columbus, Georgia. The daughter of an Army Master Sergeant (now retired), she relocated multiple times growing up to states including North Carolina, Nebraska, Minnesota, Virginia and Washington, D.C. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Virginia State University, Deshauna returned to Washington, D.C. where she is currently working as an IT Analyst for the U.S. Department of Commerce. In 2011, Deshauna commissioned as a Quartermaster Officer in the Army and is currently a Logistics Commander for the 988th Quartermaster Detachment Unit at Fort Meade, Maryland. Deshauna is passionate about serving the men and women in the U.S. military, specifically focusing her efforts on PTSD treatment for soldiers returning from deployments and suicide prevention in the Armed Forces. Deshauna loves to dance, hike and enjoy quality time with her family. The Official Entry Form/Contract is the standard agreement for all contestants competing in the 2021 MISS USA® & MISS TEEN USA® state pageants. All contestants must complete this entry form/contract so that in the event that you are named your state’s representative to the national pageant, no unforeseen questions will arise regarding your eligibility to compete in the national competition. If you have any questions, feel free to e-mail or call us. • Please thoroughly read the complete Official Entry Form/Contract. • Initial the bottom of every page of the Official Entry Form/Contract • Please enter the State you’re competing in at the top of the first page. • Please print your name and title clearly at the top of the first page. • Attach photocopies of the residency documents as outlined in Section 1 of the Official Entry Form/Contract. • Check TRUE or FALSE at the bottom of statement Section 1, Item (f), Statement (2) and explain if the answer is FALSE. • Fill in your birth date on the designated space on Section 1, Item (h). • Attach a photocopy of your birth certificate, as stated in Section 1, Item (f).
