Golden Ticket

The Golden Ticket is a 2018 season pass for two people to the following team home games:  – –  GWS Giants – AFL  Canberra United – soccer  UC Capitals –  CBR Brave – –

Please note: the seaon pass for the UC Capitals, Canberra United and Canberra Cavalry is for the 2018-19 season.

The winner will be selected by random computer draw on Friday 17 November.

Terms and Conditions 1. Voting is open on Thursday 12 October from 12 noon and closes at 6.00am on Friday 17 November 2017. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered. 2. Any member of the Canberra public who casts a vote for the People’s Sporting Champion will be eligible for the random draw to win the Golden Ticket provided that their nominee complies with the eligibility criteria. 3. A voter who submits a bogus or unsuitable nominee will automatically have that nomination withdrawn. 4. To be eligible for the Golden Ticket you must submit your name, email address and phone number at the time of nomination. 5. Voting is open to all ages. 6. One winner will be chosen by a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will be performed by a random computer process. The draw will take place on Friday 17 November 2017. 7. Anyone directly connected with the Golden Ticket may not enter the prize draw. 8. The Golden Ticket is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. 9. By submitting your personal information, you will not be subscribed to any email, website or future advertising promotion by CBR Sport Awards. Your personal information will be kept confidential at all times and in accordance with data protection legislation 10. Active Canberra and Earlybird Events accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize. 11. The winner will be notified by phone and/or email on Friday 17 November 2017. If a winner does not respond within seven days of being notified, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within seven days or else they will also forfeit their prize). If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner's prize will be forfeited and Active Canberra shall be entitled to select another winner. 12. Entrants into the People’s Sporting Champion voting shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
