This weekend, I had the opportunity to attend the Armed Forces banquet in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. It was sort of special this year because we honored the Korean War veterans. It is the 60th anniversary of the end of the Korean War. I had the opportunity to sit with a number of veterans, and we talked about the Korean War, and I asked about the conditions there and said, is it a third world country? They said, actually no, it is more like a fourth world country.
