At her family-centered eateries, which include Sweetie Pie’s at the Mangrove, Sweetie Pie’s Upper Crust and the original Sweetie Pie’s established in 1996, which Miss Robbie runs with her son, Tim, both hilarity and drama are offered in equal measure. (P) Tuesday, July 16 (9 p.m. - 10 p.m. ET/PT) Episode: The Setup Just when David (Peter Parros) thinks he has Candace (Tika Sumpter) cornered, there has been a mistake and the detective framed the wrong person. The rift between Hanna (Crystal Fox) and Candace (Tika Sumpter) grows after Candace refuses to cop to the drugs and help Benny get out of jail. Their exchange sends a vengeful Candace on a rampage, and she heads straight to the Cryer home. (P) Tuesday, July 23 (9 p.m. - 10 p.m. ET/PT) Episode: Number Nine A heated argument erupts between Katheryn (Renee Lawless) and Candace (Tika Sumpter). Jim Cryer tries to end his affair, but Candace threatens to expose his indiscretions to his daughter (Jaclyn Betham). Hanna (Crystal Fox) pleads with David (Peter Parros) to assist her son, Benny (Tyler Lepley), who is still in jail. Back at the Cryer home, Katheryn asks Hanna for support as she prepares for surgery and Amanda emotionally cracks after Candace berates her about her life. (P) Tuesday, July 30 (9 p.m. - 10 p.m. ET/PT) Episode: Not My Daughter On the morning of Katheryn’s (Renee Lawless) surgery she enlists the help of her housekeeper and confidant Hanna (Crystal Fox) to videotape a statement that will serve as a back up to Katheryn’s will. Elsewhere, Wyatt (Aaron O’Connell) is tormented by the idea that Candace (Tika Sumpter) may have lured Amanda (Jaclyn Betham) into prostitution and later confronts Candace after discovering Amanda’s room in shambles. Meanwhile, Veronica (Angela Robinson) meets with Hanna and Benny (Tyler Lepley) to discuss Benny's legal issues. After meeting with Benny, it becomes clear to Veronica that something about his case is awry, and she is determined to get to the bottom of it. LOVE THY NEIGHBOR (30 Minutes) Wednesdays (9 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. ET/PT) Written, directed and produced by Tyler Perry, “Love Thy Neighbor” is a half-hour comedy set at The Love Train Diner, a family run restaurant where every day the menu serves up good food, great laughs, valuable life lessons and a whole lot of love. Diner owner and feisty family matriarch Hattie Mae Love (Patrice Lovely) has her hands full not only managing her customers but her family drama, too. Her daughter Linda (Kendra C. Johnson) splits her time between Hattie’s home and the apartment she shares with her philandering husband. Linda’s son Danny (Andre Hall), a recent college grad, moves into a bachelor pad with his best friend Sam (Jonathan Chase) and lands a job at a hot internet design firm. He quickly establishes himself as a rising star…that’s when he’s not distracted by Sam’s hard-partying ways and their beautiful co-workers Marianna (Zulay Henao) and Drew (Darmirra Brunson). Meanwhile, Uncle Floyd (Palmer Williams) is an ever-present thorn in the Love family’s side. Like old luggage, they can never seem to get rid of him. (P) Wednesday, July 17 (9 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.) Episode: Love Thy Doctor It is time for Hattie Mae’s (Patrice Lovely) annual physical and she doesn’t want to go. Linda (Kendra C. Johnson) threatens to call the IRS on Hattie, which prompts her to have a change of heart. (P) Wednesday, July 17 (9:30 p.m. - 10 p.m.) Episode: Love Thy Baby While Sam (Jonathan Chase) is asked to improve his performance at work, Marianna (Zulay Henao) gets Drew (Darmirra Brunson) involved with volunteering to help mentor young mothers. (P) Wednesday, July 24 (9 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.) Episode: Love Thy Patient Hattie (Patrice Lovely) slips and falls while working late cleaning the diner. Linda (Kendra C. Johnson) insists that Hattie should go to the hospital, but Hattie refuses and begins driving her caregivers crazy asking them for minuscule tasks. (P) Wednesday, July 24 (9:30 p.m. - 10 p.m.) Episode: Love Thy Surprise Linda (Kendra C. Johnson) has the bright idea to celebrate Hattie’s (Patrice Lovely) birthday by throwing her a surprise party. Floyd (Palmer Williams) tries to warn Linda against this idea because he feels it would be too dangerous. Linda throws the party despite Floyd’s objection. (P) Wednesday, July 31 (9 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.) Episode: My First Love Linda (Kendra C. Johnson) runs into her high school sweetheart, Carl (Darcas Macopson) and wonders what her life would have been like had they remained together. (P) Wednesday, July 31 (9:30 p.m. - 10 p.m.) Episode: Love Thy Wager Rent is due and as usual, Sam (Jonathan Chase) is coming up short on money.
