Whenever there is doubt as to the eligibility of any student, a written inquiry from the Principal to the Commissioner will receive a reply explaining the pertinent rule/s interpretation/s or the inquiry will be referred to the Executive Committee for review and for a decision. “Notes” and questions are inserted as explanatory and clarifying material. Such are not to be considered as parts of the body of the By-Laws and the changing of such does not require Board of Director action. Questions and answers have been included to assist in interpreting the rules and regulations. The questions are real ones gathered from past correspondence to the Association Office.
