The landscape values are measured through a sample of respondents who expressed their aesthetic-visual perceptions of different types of land use. Results from a multivariate local Geary highlight that house prices are not spatial independent and that between the variables included in the analysis there is mainly a positive correlation. Specifically, the findings demonstrate a significant spatial dependence in real estate prices. The aesthetic values influence the real estate price throughout more a spatial indirect effect rather than the direct effect. Situato nella parte centro-orientale della Valdinievole, l'area comprende 11 comuni: Buggiano, Chiesina Uzzanese, Larciano, Lamporecchio, Massa e Cozzile, Monsummano Terme, Montecatini Terme, Pescia, Pieve a Nievole, Ponte Buggianese e Uzzano, con una popolazione di quasi 120.000 persone.     COMUNE DI UZZANO Provincia di Pistoia BANDO PUBBLICO FINALIZZATO AL MIGLIORAMENTO DELLA QUALITÀ DELL’ARIA AMBIENTE NELL’AREA DI SUPERAMENTO “PIANA LUCCHESE” EROGAZIONE DI CONTRIBUTI PER LA SOSTITUZIONE DI GENERATORI DI CALORE E PER L’ACQUISTO DI BIOTRITURATORI COMUNI DI: Altopascio, Buggiano, Capannori, Chiesina Uzzanese, Lucca, Massa e Cozzile, Monsummano Terme, Montecarlo, Montecatini Terme, Pescia, Pieve a Nievole, Ponte Buggianese, Porcari, Uzzano. Premesso che nell’ambito dell’Accordo di programma sottoscritto a febbraio 2020 da Regione Toscana e Ministero dell’ambiente, approvato con Deliberazione di Giunta Regionale del 2 dicembre 2019 n. 1487, sono previsti interventi per il miglioramento della qualità dell’aria nell’area di superamento “Piana Lucchese” al fine di risolvere le criticità legate ai superamenti del valore limite relativo al materiale particolato (PM 10 ). Negli ultimi 5 anni lo stato della qualità dell’aria “Piana Lucchese”, monitorato dalla rete regionale di rilevamento è sostanzialmente rimasto invariato. Nel 2019, relativamente al PM 10 , il limite di 35 giorni di superamento del valore medio giornaliero di 50 μg/m 3 è stato rispettato in tutte le stazioni di rete regionale, eccetto nella stazione urbana di fondo di LU-Capannori, presso la quale sono stati registrati 38 episodi di superamento. Al fine quindi di eliminare tale criticità, l’Accordo di programma prevede interventi e stanzia risorse finanziarie per favorire la sostituzione generatori di calore (impianti termici) più inquinanti con soluzioni a minor impatto ambientale e per incentivare una gestione sostenibile degli sfalci delle potature attraverso l’utilizzo di biotrituratori, come alternativa alla pratica dell’abbruciamento all’aperto. Gli interventi hanno come scopo quella di incidere sulla principale sorgente di emissione di materiale particolato (PM 10 ) che è rappresentata dalla combustione da biomassa.
