While there's plenty of angry robot action here, there is also a surprising Avengers: Rage of Ultron of depth surrounding the nature of artificial intelligence as life and the nature of parenthood, family, and mental health. He believes that he was built hollow. He also uses the device in ways its own creator never dreamed, such as converting matter into energy and back by sheer force of will something Ultron 6 often made use of during Avengers: Rage of Ultron battles with the Avengers. Again, I just went with it, so it didn't spoil my enjoyment.
