Sub Jud8e at Alipore being Title suit no. 7 of 1945 praying for a declaration that said Mrs. Mrinalini Mitra, his wife, is his "Benamda/'in respect of the Undivided One-
Half share in the Ori8inal Premises which was purchased from his own resources and
funher declaration that he is the owner and landlord of the Undivided one-Half

Kolkata 700026 and upon such title suit the said learned court was pleased to pass
such declaration as prayed by the said Mr. Srish Chandra Mitra.
