RALAT KENYATAAN TAWARAN TENDER PERKHIDMATAN MEMBEKAL MAKANAN BERMASAK KE SEKOLAH/INSTITUSI PENDIDIKAN DI BAWAH KEMENTERIAN PENDIDIKAN MALAYSIA BAGI TEMPOH KONTRAK 1 JANUARI 2019 HINGGA 31 DISEMBER 2020 1 Dengan segala hormatnya perkara di atas adalah dirujuk. 2. Merujuk kepada Kenyataan Tawaran Tender yang disiarkan di Portal Kementerian Pendidikan (KPM) pada 14 September 2018 (Jumaat), adalah dimaklumkan terdapat ralat pada tarikh tutup tender, tarikh dan tempat bagi sesi penerangan tender Bekalan Makanan Bermasak Negeri Perak seperti butiran baharu berikut. Tawaran Kewangan dan Tawaran Teknikal hendaklah dikunci masuk (key-in ) ke dalam sistem ePerolehan sebelum atau selewat- lewatnya jam 12.00 tengah hari pada tarikh tutup tender. 6. Setiap petender yang berminat memasuki tender ini adalah DIGALAKKAN HADIR KE SESI PENERANGAN mengenai penggunaan Sistem ePerolehan bagi tender ini. 7. Kehadiran bagi Sesi Penerangan ini bukan merupakan syarat WAJIB tender. 8. Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia tidak terikat untuk menerima mana-mana tawaran terendah atau mana-mana tawaran atau memberikan apa-apa sebab di atas penolakan sesuatu tawaran tender. 9. Tawaran tender tidak akan dipertimbangkan sekiranya: a. Petender GAGAL memuat naik dokumen wajib dengan lengkap ke dalam sistem ePerolehan; atau b. Petender LEWAT menyerahkan tawaran tender dengan lengkap dalam sistem ePerolehan. 10. Keputusan tender adalah MUKTAMAD dan sebarang surat menyurat tidak akan dilayan..

According to the statement, Sultan Azlan Shah of Perak and the Raja Permaisuri of Perak Tuanku Bainun, the Raja Muda of Perak and the King's son the Regent of Selangor were among the Malay Rulers who visited his majesty today. Yesterday's visitors include the Deputy Yang di-Pertuan Agong Sultan Mizan Zainal Abidin and Permaisuri Nur Zahirah, the Yang Dipertuan Besar Negeri Sembilan Tuanku Ja'afar and Tuanku Ampuan Najihah, the Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Mahathir Mohamad and wife Datin Seri Dr Siti Hasmah Mohamed Ali. The Menteri Besar of Selangor Datuk Seri Dr Mohamad Khir Toyo and wife Datin Zaharah Kechik had also visited the King. His majesty continued to receive a stream of visitors up till late afternoon, including members of the royalty notably his younger brother Tengku Besar Putra Azam and the Tengku Mahkota of Pahang Tengku Abdullah Sultan Ahmad Shah.

    4. Malaysia Dagmar Hellmann-Rajanayagam* I. Introduction Malaysia has become one of the major political players in the South-East Asian region with increasing economic weight. Even after the economic crisis of 1997–98, despite defence budgets having been slashed, the country is still deter- mined to continue to modernize and upgrade its armed forces. Malaysia grappled with the communist insurgency between 1948 and 1962. It is a democracy with a strong government, marked by ethnic imbalances and affirmative policies, strict controls on public debate and a nascent civil society. Arms procurement is dominated by the military. Public apathy and indifference towards defence matters have been a noticeable feature of the society. Public opinion has disregarded the fact that arms procurement decision making is an element of public policy making as a whole, not only restricted to decisions relating to military security. An examination of the country’s defence policy- making processes is overdue. This chapter inquires into the role, methods and processes of arms procure- ment decision making as an element of Malaysian security policy and the public policy-making process.     BAB IV HASIL SUMBANGAN TOKOH 1- SUMBANGAN TOKOH DALAM BIDANG PENDIDIKAN ISLAM Dato Syeikh Abdul Halim bin Haji Othman sememangnya amat terkenal dan sangat harum namanya di dalam bidang pendidikan Islam di zamannya. Ini adalah kerana beliau banyak membuat pembaharuan di dalam bidang pendidikan Islam ini. Beliau juga adalah seorang yang sangat berani melakukan perubahan terhadap pendidikan Islam di negeri Kedah terutamanya di Maktab Mahmud dengan menambah subjek- subjek akademik ke dalam sistem kurikulumnya yang tidak pernah dilakukan oleh sesiapa pun jua di zamannya pada ketika itu walaupun digelarkan sekolah itu adalah sekolah sekular ataupun duniawi. 212 Walaupun beliau ditohmah dan disindir oleh kawan-kawan seperjuangan di zamannya itu, namun beliau sedikitpun tidak mempedulikannya. Namun begitu apabila peralihan tampuk kepimpinan diambil alih oleh Dato Syeikh Abdul Halim maka pembaharuan dilakukan oleh beliau. Matapelajaran di Maktab Mahmud pula bukan lagi tertumpu kepada bahasa Arab sahaja, akan tetapi Dato Syeikh Abdul Halim telah memperkenalkan matapelajaran akademik lain seperti ilmu hisab, ilmu alam, geometri dan algebra ke dalam silibus sebagai tambahan kepada subjek yang sedia ada serta diajar dan dipelajari dalam bahasa Arab.

The literature highlights the importance of community engagement in conservation programmes. Principally, the involvement of young people is necessary to facilitate heritage management programmes. The readiness of youth to engage can be measured from their awareness and willingness to participate. For this study, we administered questionnaire surveys to 175 respondents from three secondary schools in Lenggong. The results revealed a low level of awareness and a lack of willingness for participation. In addition, the findings suggest an uncertain correlation between awareness and willingness for participation among youth.
