Visitors must be off site by 9:30pm. • All under 18 students who intend to be off campus during the evenings, must sign out by texting or calling the warden from 5pm weekdays and over the weekend. If it is before 5pm Monday to Friday you should email [email protected] to let residential know you are going off site. This does not include to attend lessons and you must return by the check in time and sign in.

GOING HOME • You must sign out if you are going to stay off campus overnight at any other location. The Senior Residential Support Officer / Duty Warden must have received permission from your parent / guardian (verbally and in writing) before this can be allowed. Always remember to sign back in. If no permission is granted from parents / guardians, then you must stay on-site. • The “fob in” and out system, and the monitoring of it, is designed to keep you safe. Failure to fob in on time will result in parents / guardians being contacted which may be late at night. The signing out book is located in your flat kitchen and is checked regularly by the Residential Team.
