Therefore, the genetic map of Zaozhuang's red culture the revitalization of rural culture, and made clear requests[1]. must be based on the overall situation and be drawn from Zaozhuang, like Linyi, is also a revolutionary old area and a multiple dimensions. These dimensions mainly include the red red hot land. It has rich red genetic resources. Zaozhuang's first collective, the red hero, the red story, the red spirit and the red Party branch was established as early as 1926 in the mining story. area of Zaozhuang Coal Mine Group. Since then, the Red Gene Keywords—Red culture; Red gene; Map; Red hero; Red story and Red Belief of the Party have deeply rooted in a large area of coal fields. The Taierzhuang War in Zaozhuang, the Railway Guerrillas established in Zaozhuang area, the I. INTRODUCTION 115thDivision of South Shandong Anti-Japanese Base Area Throughout the history of struggle and national culture of and the Canal Branch centered on Baodu Mountain are the red the Chinese Nation, the Chinese Nation has been inherited genetic resources of Shandong and even the national from birth to the present, in the final analysis, because it is civilization. Therefore, the red gene has a great role in the maintained by its inherent cultural genes. The excellent genes innovation and sustainable development of Zaozhuang——a of Chinese culture have various manifestations and spiritual resource-based cities. It is not only feasible but also of great connotations. The great practice of revolution, construction and significance to study the application path of the red gene in the reform by the Chinese people led by the Communist Party of resource-based city of Zaozhuang. China has concisely generated the red gene, which is not only the dependence of the national emotion of the Chinese nation, II. THE DISCOVERY OF RED GENES IN ZAOZHUANG but also the spiritual destination of the Chinese nation's constant self-improvement and the forward action force of the The most characteristic representative of modern Chinese Chinese nation. Since the Eighteen Party Congress, General culture genes is the Chinese red culture gene. The Red Culture Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly requested that the red gene Gene of China includes not only a series of soothing must be passed down from generation to generation. Since revolutionary and construction stories emerged in the process entering the new era, many places have made effective of the Chinese people's democratic revolution and socialist exploration in inheriting the red gene and helping local revolution and socialist construction under the leadership of the economy. Communist Party of China, but also the revolutionary spirit displayed by the Communists in the course of the Chinese From the provincial level of Fujian, the project of revolution, such as the spirit of the Red Ship. Jinggang protecting, inheriting and promoting red culture in Fujian is Mountain Spirit, Yan'an Spirit, Xibaipo Spirit and the Spirit of based on the gene of red Flood Relief in the New Period, Earthquake Relief Spirit, Beijing Olympic Spirit, Manned Space Spirit, etc. These red culture in Fujian, making good use of red resources, genes are not only the spiritual core of the Communist Party of spreading the spirit of red, and producing positive social effects. China, but also the spiritual bond of the Chinese Nation. She From the perspective of prefecture level cities, the practice of inspired Chinese from generation to generation to advance Linyi in Shandong is also worth learning from. Since the bravely for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese Nation. All reform and opening up, Linyi's economic development has these excellent cultural genes show that Chinese culture still been remarkable. It has formed two business cards as the has vigorous vitality, and continues to inherit in various fields, famous old revolutionary area in China. One is Yimeng Spirit which provides power support and spiritual guidance for (soft business card); the other is Linyi Mall (hard business China's economic development and the realization of the great card). Therefore, in the new era, the red culture rooted in Shandong has bred Qilu civilization, an important civilization Zaozhuang is not only promising to do a good job in cultural of Chinese civilization, from which Qilu culture, an important industry, but also in Shandong Province to comprehensively source of Chinese culture, has emerged. From Wang Jingmei, deepen the reform and implement the transformation of old and who came out of Shandong Province in the First Congress of new kinetic energy, cultural and creative industries as the top the Communist Party of China, to countless laborious people ten industries of today's development of the red cultural who participated in and supported the revolution in succession, industry is at the right time. to Jiao Yulu, Kong Fansen, and Zhu Yanfu, Li Denghai, the model of the times, all emerged here. So the red gene has Although Zaozhuang was built late, Zaozhuang's red created the bright spiritual background of modern civilization culture was not too late. As early as 1923, the Central in Shandong. It is this background color that guides the cadres Committee of the Communist Party of China sent a comrade and masses of Shandong to work hard and unremittingly, to whose family name is Li to the Zaozhuang mining area to win successes in Shandong's new democratic revolution and launch the workers' movement. In 1926, under the leadership socialist construction, and to continue to guide the historic of Ji Zirui, 19 Party members, including Zhang Fulin, Jiang great changes in Shandong. Fuyi, Guo Changqing, Wang Wenbin, Du Baocai and Wu Junshan, were developed and the Zaozhuang Mining Area The red culture gene of Shandong is not only the precious Branch of the CPC was established, which is the first Party spiritual wealth of Shandong people, but also a powerful Branch in Zaozhuang Mining Area and the first Party Branch spiritual force to overcome difficulties and forge ahead at a in Zaozhuang Area. The red culture of Zaozhuang begins to new historical starting point[2]. At present, our province is in breed and has rich connotation. It includes not only the hard the exploratory period of a new development model, and the history of the tortuous establishment of the Party organizations key period of strategic transformation from big to strong led by the early Communist Party of China, including the requires more conscious and solid responsibility, which is the workers' movement in the mining areas led by the Party, the spiritual support and guidance. Linyi has fully exploited the revolutionary activities of the people in Zaozhuang and the local red culture gene, built up the party spirit education base righteous actions to support the revolution, but also the various and developed the red tourism project. They have touched battles that took place in Zaozhuang, such as the Taierzhuang thousands of Party members and ordinary people with the fresh Battle and the South Shandong Battle, as well as the Railroad Yimeng revolutionary story and the Yimeng spirit of blending Guerrilla Campaign. The moving stories of the fighting groups military and civilian life, death and co-creation, and and heroes of the fighting groups such as the Railroad Guerrilla, encouraged Yimeng people to start their own businesses and the Yixian Detachment, the Canal Detachment, the achieve great success with Yimeng spirit. Independent Detachment, the Wenfeng Brigade and the Sulu Detachment. Zaozhuang, which also has rich red cultural resources, has a good tradition in the exploration and application of red culture, At present, although Zaozhuang has excavated a series of but it has not played its due role. Take the film as an example. movies and TV plays such as "Railway Guerrilla" and "Bloody In the 1950s, Zaozhuang became popular all over the country Battle Taierzhuang", developed some tourist attractions based because of the red film Railway Guerrilla. When "Railway on red culture, such as Railway Guerrilla Film and TV City and Guerrilla" was broadcasted, let alone the grand spectacle of Taierzhuang Ancient City, and established a base for Party watching movies, the ratings of the movie re-broadcast on spirit education of Railway Guerrilla, it has a history of more CCTV Film Channel can be seen. According to statistics of than 90 years of red culture development of our Party in relevant departments, from 1997 to 2011, the film "Railway Zaozhuang. Establishing 15 IP Tribunals Nationwide, Chinese Courts Further Concentrate Jurisdiction Over IP Matters March 15, 2018 Patent and ITC Litigation China has continued to develop its adjudicatory framework for intellectual property disputes with the establishment of three Intellectual Property Tribunals (“IP Tribunals”) this month. This reform began with the establishment of three specialized IP Courts in Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou at the end of 2014, and has been furthered with the establishment of IP Tribunals in 10 provinces and two cities/municipalities around the country. For companies facing an IP dispute in China, understanding this framework in order to select the appropriate jurisdiction for a case can have a significant impact on the time to resolution, as well as the ultimate merits of the case. Most significantly, through the establishment of these IP Tribunals many Chinese courts have been stripped of their jurisdiction over IP matters in favor of the IP Tribunals. This has led to a fundamental change to the forum selection strategies of both multinational and Chinese companies. The three IP Tribunals established on the first two days of March 2018 are located in Tianjin Municipality, and cities of Changsha and Zhengzhou respectively. This brings the number of IP Tribunals that have been set up across 10 provinces and two cities/municipalities in China since January 2017 to a total of 15. The most unique aspect of the specialized IP Tribunals is that they have cross-regional1 and exclusive jurisdiction over IP matters in significant first-instance2 cases (i.e., those generally including disputes involving patents, new varieties of plants, integrated circuit layout and design, technical-related trade secrets, software, the recognition of well-known trademarks, and other IP cases in which the damages sought exceed a certain amount)3.

The main REE-bearing mineral is bastnäsite, with lesser parisite and monazite. REE mineralization occurred at a late stage of hydrothermal evolution and was followed by a sulfide stage. Barite, calcite, and strontianite appear homogeneous in back-scattered electron images and have high REE contents of 103–217, 146–13,120, and 194–16,412 ppm in their mineral lattices, respectively. Two enrichment processes were necessary for the formation of the Weishan deposit: Production of mineralized carbonatite and subsequent enrichment by magmatic–hydrothermal processes. The geological setting and petrographic characteristics of the Weishan deposit indicate that two main factors facilitated REE enrichment: (1) fractures that facilitated circulation of ore-forming fluids and provided space for REE precipitation and (2) high ore fluorite 2 and barite contents resulting in high F− and SO4 − concentrations in the ore-forming fluids that promoted REE transport and deposition.

However, monitoring stations are limited, and the public is everywhere. It is also essential to understand the public’s awareness and behavioral response to air pollution. Air pollution complaint data can more directly reflect the public’s real air quality perception than social media data. Therefore, based on air pollution complaint data and sentiment analysis, we proposed a new air pollution perception index (APPI) in this paper. Firstly, we constructed the emotional dictionary for air pollution and used sentiment analysis to calculate public complaints’ emotional intensity. Secondly, we used the piecewise function to obtain the APPI based on the complaint Kernel density and complaint emotion Kriging interpolation, and we further analyzed the change of center of gravity of the APPI.

We expect to build more railway lines to offer the possibility to offer more high quality service for the passengers, while the investment is often limited. Therefore, it is very important to decide the pairs of cities to add new railway lines under the condition of limited construction investment in order to optimize the railway line network to maximize the reliability of the railway network to deal with the railway passenger transport task under emergency conditions. In this paper, we firstly define the reliability of the railway networks based on probability theory by analyzing three minor cases. Then we construct a reliability optimization model for the railway network to solve the problem, expecting to enhance the railway network with the limited investment. The goal is to make an optimal decision when choosing where to add new railway lines to maximize the reliability of the whole railway network, taking the construction investment as the main constraint, which is turned to the building mileage limit.

By using a super-SBM model, the construction and cultivated land-use efficiency of 17 cities in Shandong from 2006 to 2018 were estimated and the spatial-temporal variation was analyzed. The results showed that: (1) The land use efficiency levels were quite different, and low-efficiency cities impacted the overall development process. (2) The efficiency values of construction land generally fluctuated and rose, meaning that room remains for future efficiency improvements. Cultivated land generally showed a high utilization efficiency, but it fluctuated and decreased. (3) The construction land-use efficiency was highest in the midland region, especially in Laiwu city, followed by the eastern region and Qingdao city, and the western region. The spatial variation in cultivated land presented a trend of “high in the middle, low in the periphery,” centered on Jinan and Yantai city. (4) Pure technical efficiency was the main restriction driving inefficient utilization in the western region, while scale efficiency played that role in the east. Based on the findings, policy suggestions were proposed to improve the land-use efficiency in Shandong and promote urban sustainable development. Keywords: land use; efficiency level; super-SBM model; Shandong Province; construction land; cultivated land 1.

The Portrayal of Women in Propaganda Posters During the Chinese Cultural Revolution Yu Yang (Sally) Lin (Art) History Supervisor: Mrs. K. Puzio Sir Winston Churchill Secondary 0227 May 2015 ii Abstract China's Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution (19661976) was a ten year sociopolitical movement that not only changed many social aspects of life but drew emphasis to a unique form of art visual propaganda. Cultural Revolution propaganda posters are visually impacting both in terms of colour use and composition, and convey strong political messages and nationalism. Due to these aspects, propaganda posters hold irreplaceable importance in the study of gender equality and the portrayal of women during the Cultural Revolution. The essay aims to analyze the message of the propaganda posters, and to what extent were they effective. The essay is composed of four major components, including historical context, method, analysis and conclusion. 208 posters within the Cultural Revolution time frame were taken from collector websites in the randomized order they appeared. The posters were then analyzed for their portrayal of women in Cultural Revolution propaganda posters with the use of visual analysis, numerical analysis and historical evidence. The analysis found three important connections between the female image and the Cultural Revolution. Firstly, the existence of women in the Cultural Revolution posters was not about gender equality, but to serve the CCP’s socialist ideological campaigns and industrial production needs. Secondly, this political drive behind the messages caused the portrayal of genders to become form of gender neutralization that favoured masculinization. Thirdly, the reduction genders inequality due to traditional confines prompted the loss of social diversity and exposed women to a new form of marginalization, where any aspects of femininity was ostracized.
