Zuallererst wurde festgestellt, über welche Kanäle Personverantwortliche Mitarbeiterrekrutierung durchführen. Die Personalverantwortlichen gehen offenbar davon aus, dass die Kosten durch die Personalgewinnung über soziale Netz- werke weder zeit- noch kostenintensiver sind. Dass herkömmliche Bewerbungsprozesse präferiert werden, wurde bereits in der Studie 2014 festgestellt. Wichtig sind über- dies die Kurzbeschreibung, die Position/Jobtitel, aber auch die derzeitige Branche. Deutlich weniger wichtig sind die Anzahl an Kontakten, die Erstellung von Kommentaren und Beiträgen, das Motto oder Videos.
