Hence, the trend of spatial establishment of population in the region has been considered through population absorption pattern of urban and rural settlements of the region and new towns position. The ever increasing trend of the students in current situation has made significant the necessity of the scientific structure of the university. The aim of the present research was to investigate the status of the Payame Noor University, Saghez branch from the view of the students studying at the university. Also, based on a theoretical framework and literature review, some elements of teaching staff, tutorial and self –learning books , examinations, class timelines , textbooks hours, library , electronic equipment , physical space and welfare facilities are investigated . After analyzing the data and concluding results, some recommendations are resented for the scientific promotion of the university. The Department of State also announced additional actions under its authorities. These actions reflect the United States’ sustained commitment to enforce our sanctions as the P5+1 and Iran work toward a comprehensive solution to address the international community’s concerns over Iran’s nuclear program. More specifically: • Treasury designated four individuals and two entities pursuant to Executive Order (E.O.) 13382, which targets proliferators of weapons of mass destruction (WMD) and their supporters. Treasury also identified two aliases used by a previously sanctioned key Iranian missile proliferator. • Treasury designated two entities and three individuals tied to Iran’s energy industry pursuant to E.O. 13645. Following Heidegger, the feeling of home is a fundamental aspect of human existence. From this perspective, housing policies and spatial planning impact the sense of home in a geographical context. The empirical analysis is based on an over- view of institutional changes since the Islamic Revolution in 1979, and interviews with inhabitants of Shahriar. The results indicate that Iran has developed a particular form of neoliberal, speculative model of urban development, in which urban segregation and seclusion and uneven regional development are noteworthy.
