A Work Injury Rehabilitation Programme had previously been implemented in Engineering Division. This has proved beneficial to the injured workers and also the company. Our successful experience was shared in work rehabilitation seminar organized by the Chinese University of Hong Kong and also in the Swire Sustainable Development Forum 2013.
