The Dr Bharat Ram Academic Block is an all new three-storeyed building which boasts of multiple lecture rooms and seminar rooms, an amphitheatre and an exhibition gallery along with a dedicated section to suit the technical requirements of the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication. Dr Bharat Ram was industrialist and educationist, the son of the college’s founder, the legendary Sir Shri Ram .
The Manju Bharat Ram Conference Hall is named after the late educationist and Padma Shri awardee.

Veteran photographer and archivist Shobha Deepak Singh has over 300,000 images of passionate moments from the performing arts has put her collection to good use.
Theatrescapes 2014 a book on the best of Indian theatre, has the likes of Zohra Sehgal , Naseeruddin Shah , Shabana Azmi , Manohar Singh , Seema Bandit Queen Biswas , Mohan Agashe and Ratna Pathak Shah at their emotive best and captures more than 40 theatre performances over the decades.
“It was during the times spent at Living Theatre that I experienced the vast scope of photographing theatre performances . Being completely self-taught , I have often strapped myself with my camera and lenses to rush out for an unexpected shoot . “As a child , my camera saw the light of my personal space , siblings and nature . “Later it turned into aspiration to play with lights , performance and theatre at the Living Theatre”, says Shobha .
