That satellite judgment and the current substantive judgment are handed down on the same date. The Proceedings [2] The subject matter of the Plaintiffs’ claims is a series of inter-related purported assignments of a single loan and so-called “supplementary loan agreements” (hereinafter described as “the impugned transactions”). The Plaintiffs make the case that the impugned transactions were unlawful and seek relief accordingly, under Article 367 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 and otherwise. The Defendants are Lyndhurst, Innishmore Consultancy Limited (“Innishmore”) and Public Joint Stock Company Univermag Ukraina (“Univermag”). The Mareva Injunction [3] Initially, the court embarked upon the hearing of a contempt motion initiated by the Plaintiffs. The impetus for the contempt motion was an order of this court, in the form of a Mareva injunction, made by me on 23rd December 2011. -

On 18 November 2019, in accordance with section 18(1)(a) of the Competition Act 2002, as amended (the “Act”), the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (the “Commission”) received a notification of a proposed acquisition whereby Irish Bank Resolution Corporation Limited (in Special Liquidation) (“IBRC”) would acquire sole control of Slieve Russell Hotel Limited (“SRHL”) and Quinn Finance Holding Unlimited Company (“QFHU”) (together the “Target Companies”) (the “Proposed Transaction”). Both SRHL and QFHU are currently part of the Quinn International Property Group. The Proposed Transaction 2. The Proposed Transaction is to be implemented pursuant to two agreements, as follows: • a share transfer agreement dated 6 November 2019 between IBRC, Kieran Wallace (in his capacity as joint special liquidator to IBRC1) and Brenda Quinn whereby IBRC will acquire the entire issued share capital, and thus sole control, of SRHL; and • a share transfer agreement dated 6 November 2019 between IBRC, Kieran Wallace (in his capacity as joint special liquidator to IBRC2) and each of Aoife Quinn, Brenda Quinn, Colette Quinn, Ciara Quinn and Sean Quinn Junior (collectively the “Quinn 1 Kieran Wallace was appointed as joint special liquidator to IBRC pursuant to an Order of the Minister for Finance made on 7 February 2013 under the terms of the Irish Bank Resolution Corporation Act 2013. -

Far more than its population merits, Ireland is a coun- try whose sons and daughters lead much of the world. Here in the United States men Commentary and women of Irish heritage have an enormous influence over education, politics, business, our armed forces and religious life. College presidents, chief executives, governors, senators, and other leaders are proud of their Irish heritage, and effective in their jobs. With last month’s resignation of Enda Kenny as Taoiseach and as leader of the major political party Fine Gael, Ireland is searching for new leaders while probably facing new general elections within the year. Enda Kenny is a good man; perhaps not at the top of his class when it comes to intellectual matters, but a hardworking politician with enthusiastic people skills. He was born in Castlebar, Co. Despite the durability of this appeal in the face of huge changes in Ireland and in the Irish music industry over a half-century, it remains curiously underexamined in the literature on Irish popular music. In this paper, I wish to argue the following: (1) Country music did not simply arise ‘naturally’ in Ireland as a reflection of musical or national char- acteristics: it was promoted as such. (2) Both popular and academic literature on the subject have tended to unreflectively echo the narrative that was introduced alongside the music in order to fix its audience. (3) In so doing, the literature reproduces a set of anxieties about modernity as it arrived in Ireland, about the postcolonial condition and about authenticity, even as it attempts to locate Irish popular music within these concerns. Introduction In the late 1960s, the pages of New Spotlight magazine, then Ireland’s only national popular music journal, were filled with comment, features and readers’ letters dis- cussing the so-called ‘country boom’. -

[2] This petition was heard by the Master in Bankruptcy on 11 November 2011.
