33 Market Street, Draycott, Derbyshire £215,000 Freehold DE72 3NB 0115 946 1818 THIS IS A LOVELY THREE BEDROOM VICTORIAN SEMI DETACHED PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE HEART OF THIS AWARD WINNING VILLAGE. Standing back from the road on a slightly elevated plot which helps to keep privacy from people and traffic which might be passing by, this spacious two reception room and three bedroom property is a home with a few differences, with the kitchen opening from the rear dining/sitting room and the attic having been altered to create a third bedroom. The property also has a long garden to the rear which a further feature that people will not be able to see by simply taking a look from the front, so we strongly recommend that take a full inspection so they can see the whole property including the long garden at the rear for themselves. The property is well placed for all the local shops and schools for younger children provided by Draycott, with there being more shops found in the adjacent villages of Borrowash and Breaston, both of which have Co-op stores and there are shops and schools for older children in Long Eaton, all of which together with good transport links, have helped to make this a very popular and convenient place for people to live. The property is constructed of brick to the external elevations under a pitched tiled roof and the tastefully finished accommodation derives all the benefits of gas central heating and double glazing. In brief the property includes a lounge, sitting/dining room which opens into the extended kitchen which is fitted with wall and base units and wooden and granite work surfaces and to the back section of the kitchen there is a utility area and ground floor w.c.
