ITALIAN AND Field Learning Program FROM 2017 ITALIAN CIVILIZATION AND CULTURE 3-Week / 6-Credit Field Learning Program

The LSSOCC285 Italian Civilization and Culture: Society and Lifestyle 3-week fi eld learning course engages stu- dents in Italian civilization and culture through direct experience. Each week of the program features coursework on-site by beginning in Northern , transitioning to during the second week, and concluding in for the third and fi nal week. This sociology course off ers compatibility for students from diverse major backgrounds and is cross-listed to fi eld learning, Italian cultural studies, art , anthropology, history, food and culture, and geography. On-site fi eldwork and assessment are conducted on a daily basis.
