Roland BONNAIRE, Maire de Seurre Monsieur le président, Monsieur le Directeur, Mesdames et Messieurs les élus, Mesdames et Messieurs, Je suis heureux de vous accueillir à Seurre pour ce grand débat que vous organisez à propos d’un grand projet d’aménagement du territoire. GRTgaz sera le maître d’ouvrage de cette entreprise. J’ai analysé vos documents, j’ai constaté qu’il y avait deux canalisations à construire, 150 kilomètres sous l’Arc Lyonnais, 200 kilomètres en Val de Saône. On peut donc affirmer qu’il s’agit d’un projet d’envergure. Ce fuseau de travaux ne concerne pas directement notre commune de Seurre, mais impacte cependant notre territoire cantonal. J’ai regardé de Bonnencontre à Labergement- lès-Seurre. J’ai bien saisi que cet objectif ambitieux était double : améliorer la connexion du réseau gaz français au réseau européen et créer une véritable dorsale gazière de Dunkerque à Fos- sur-Mer et à Montoir-de-Bretagne. En un mot, cet objectif vise à permettre la bonne circulation du gaz du nord au sud de la France, afin de profiter des deux sources d’approvisionnement, gazoduc et bateaux, dont les volumes et les coûts varient selon la conjoncture politico-économique.
