This individual will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the church and lead a team in the technical production of church services and events.

JOB TITLE: Administration and Production Coordinator

STATUS: Permanent, Full-Time* HOURS OF WORK: 40 hours per week, including Sundays LOCATION: Chapel

ROLE SUMMARY The Administration and Production Coordinator (APC) supports the day-to-day operations of Westminster Chapel and leads the technical production of services and events.

LINES OF AUTHORITY Under the Lord, the APC will be accountable to the Executive Pastor.

QUALIFICATIONS • Fulfils the character qualifications of a Deacon as taught in the Scriptures. • Demonstrated commitment to a local body of believers. • Good grasp and hearty endorsement of the vision, mission, style-points and biblical and theological orientation of the leadership of Westminster Chapel. • Proven track-record in leading ministry teams. • As the role is central to the mission of Westminster Chapel to advance the Christian faith, it is an occupational requirement that the candidate has a Christian faith and affirms the Christian ethos expressed by Chapel.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES • Good leadership skills and a team builder. • Servant-heart and willingness to work under authority. • Strong organisational and administrative skills. • Significant inter-personal skills, with ability to work with and maintain positive, loyal relationships with others. • Excellent communication skills, including written and spoken. • Expertise to manage and maintain websites, databases, and CRM systems. • Knowledge of computer networking, including but not limited to, audio via network (Dante) and video via network (NDI). • Proficient in managing event production, across multiple disciplines including audio, visuals, lighting and live streaming. • Knowledge of live-streaming platforms such as YouTube and understanding of copyright law when producing content.

SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Administration & Support (typically, Monday to Thursday): • Optimise procedures, workflows, and systems for effective office operations including: maintaining general supplies, church calendar management, managing office equipment and service providers, digital archive and file share system, and general communications. • Support the Lead Elder by providing support in diary management, record keeping, scheduling communications, and expense filing. • Manage and maintain church records, databases, and CRM systems. • Working closely with the Communications and Engagement Manager (CEM), responsible for the functioning and maintenance of the church website, forms, app, and other public facing interfaces (e.g. Eventbrite). The CEM will be primarily responsible for content creation. • Efficiently respond to general queries (phone, email) and redirect messages to the appropriate staff members. • Support ministries and ministry leaders by coordinating expenditures and reimbursements as directed by the Executive Pastor.

Technical Support and Production (primarily on Sundays, plus other events): • Working closely with the Director, determine the technical needs for both live and broadcast service production. • Become the resident expert and lead trainer for our existing technical production systems and software including, but not limited to: Windows and Apple ecosystems, Newtek TriCaster, ProPresenter7, LightKey, Yamaha M7CL sound desk, Logic Pro. • Lead a technical production team of volunteers including operators for front-of-house and broadcast audio and visual elements. • Liaise with other content producers including speakers and Westminster Chapel staff and leadership teams. • Assume primary responsibility for the technical production of weekend services and other church events. • Attend all Sunday services, or ensure adequate cover is provided. • Support and liaise with external premises users and contractors in the use of on-premises AV equipment.

Regular Meetings - Staff Prayer & Catch-Ups: • Attend Staff Team prayer and meeting (9am, Tues) • Attend weekly service planning meetings • Regular catch-ups with Lead Elder, Executive Pastor and other key staff members as determined with the Executive Pastor

REMUNERATION £23,000 - £25,000 per annum, commensurate with experience
