34 Senyo Aidam In July 2012 I graduated from a BSc in Economics from the University of Birmingham, having learnt a tremendous amount about myself, character and interests. In 2011 I had the privilege of being a member of the Leadership Summer School which contributed significantly to my personal development. From drawing inspiration from the speakers, to talking about my MBTI at interview, the experience was simply invaluable.

I began my career at Mars Chocolate on the Commercial Development Graduate Programme. I could not have asked for a better start, receiving world class training and insight in to the world of commerce.

However 6 months ago, with inspiration from my mentor whom I met through the Powerlist Foundation Alumni Network, I decided to join a niche pricing strategy consultancy called Pearson Ham as their 4th employee. It certainly has been an exciting experience so far. In just 6 months we have grown to a team of 7, working on projects for a number of household names and developing industry leading frameworks. I am currently managing my 1st client project and learning to marry the science of analytics with the art of strategy.

More than anything I appreciate that despite being able to advance in my career I am able to pursue what matters to me the most, growing in relationship with God and helping others to do the same. I currently lead a bible discussion of young professionals in West London and love taking the opportunity to get involved in my local community.
