The following is a list of tradespeople, contractors and designers who are known to have carried out work on heritage properties in Peterborough and the surrounding area. This list is not an endorsement from the City nor a guarantee of quality. It is intended as a resource for property owners seeking advice or quotations for renovations or building works on heritage properties.
Before embarking on a building project or renovation, it is recommended that you ask for examples of a tradesperson’s work on heritage properties to ensure that they are sufficiently experienced to complete the type of work you require. You should also obtain a written quotation which outlines the scope of the work, exact costs, the project timeframe, and any other requirements specific to the work at hand.
