There has been an oyster farm in the Fleet at Chesil Beach for 30 years, and in 2004 a new and innovative oyster growing system from Australia was introduced. The Australian system is new to Europe and consists of timber post and rail rows carrying purpose made enclosed plastic mesh PRODUCT LISTING baskets – AQUAPURSE.
