Ange diarienummer TSL 2010-565 när du lämnar dina synpunkter. I revideringen av BCL-M är nu fyra föreskriftsförslag färdiga för remiss. Föreskrifterna har omarbetats till ett nytt format, det s.k. SFS-formatet. Föreskrifterna som reglerar luftvärdighet kommer att ingå i Serie Air. Föreskrifterna har förenklats så långt som möjligt och anpassats till vad som gäller enligt EU-förordningarna på luftvärdighetsområdet. Revideringen innebär även redaktionella ändringar och införande av definitioner. Två äldre föreskrifter i serie AIR föreslås också bli upphävda utan att ersättas av nya. Ändringar görs även i två av de föreskrifter i serie AIR som trädde i kraft den 1 augusti 2012. Konsekvensutredningen innehåller mer detaljerad information om respektive föreskriftsförslag.
