Presentación De Powerpoint INFORME LEGISLATIVO Jaime Felipe Lozada 2019 -2020 Mauricio Parodi Díaz Polanco Vicepresidente Presidente Partido Cambio Radical Partido Conservador Departamento de Departamento del Huila Antioquia Comisión Segunda Cámara de Representantes La Comisión Segunda de la Cámara de Representantes, en cumplimiento de sus funciones Constitucionales y Legales, bajo el compromiso firme de servicio a la sociedad que nos ha honrado con su confianza, presenta el informe resultados de la actividad durante la legislatura 2019 - 2020, abarcando, de manera sucinta las realizaciones traducidas de la respuesta a los trascendentales retos que vive nuestra sociedad, como quiera que nos correspondió asumir, bajo un escenario de compromiso absoluto con brindar respuestas oportunas a las necesidades de los ciudadanos, en un mundo que enfrenta una profunda crisis, fruto de la pandemia declarada por la Organización Mundial de la Salud y que ha golpeado a nuestra sociedad, en condiciones no previstas pero que, demandan la más comprometida solidaridad con las acciones emprendidas por el Gobierno Nacional, en un escenario de gestión de Control Político, de articulación de iniciativas y de contribución en la actividad legislativa para menguar las dificultades que vive la población y que demandan acciones concretas en procura de mejores condiciones para todos los ciudadanos, en el marco del Estado Social de Derecho, promulgado por nuestra Constitución. Comisión Segunda Cámara de Representantes Bajo este contexto, se destacan en este informe la gestión en materia de revisión de tratados internacionales, convenios, acuerdos, enmiendas, asuntos diplomáticos, derecho Operacional, lineamientos en materia de asuntos migratorios, políticas para fuerza pública, conmemoraciones y honores, sumado al control político de las acciones del Gobierno, con la aristas de la administración pública, todo bajo el marco de cooperación armónica entre el poder legislativo y el ejecutivo en procura del mejoramiento de las condiciones sociales, económicas y de convivencia pacífica en nuestro país, así como para contribuir en la generación de escenarios de competitividad y de posicionamiento internacional de nuestro país, en una visión de transformación para el desarrollo y el bienestar colectivo. Proyecto de Ley No. 391/19 Cámara, "Por la cual se declara al vehículo campero jeep willys como patrimonio cultural material de la nación y se dictan otras disposiciones" . Proyecto de Ley No. 399/19 Cámara, No. 81/19 Senado "Por medio de la cual se aprueba el convenio entre el gobierno de la República de Colombia y el Gobierno de la República Italiana para la eliminación de la doble tributación con respecto a los impuestos sobre la renta y la prevención de la evasión y elusión tributarias y su protocolo, suscritos en Roma, el 26 de enero de2018". This article examines efforts to confront and cope with the pandemic in a specific case, that of Colombia. It identifies a crisis of governability in the country that has been exacerbated by the pandemic, but which preceded COVID-19 and is likely to outlast it as well. We describe the context in which the pandemic unfolded and the government’s response, which has laid bare the fragility of Colombia’s socioeconom- ic and political achievements, evidencing deeper structural problems. The country is subject to a high level of informality in the economy’s, a lack of social safety nets for more than half of the population, and the ongoing presence of violence and illegal groups. With the pandemic added to this backdrop, social tensions rose, and blame games and confrontations between national and subnational governments became part of the daily news.
