There are too many cocktails to list. We suggest you refer to Mr. Bostonʼs Bartending Guide for a very thorough list of cocktails as well as the history of the cocktail and various spirits. The more knowledgeable you are, the more you can lead the guest and add to their experience. • Aviation - From the 1920's- Beefeater, maraschino liquor, dash of creme de violette, fresh lemon juice. • Cosmopolitan – Made popular by the TV show Sex in the City. Served in a highball or “collins” glass, garnished with a cherry and orange slice. SIGNATURE COCKTAILS Osteria La Bucaʼs bar program matches that of the kitchen. We utilize the best ingredients and aim for simplicity. We try to use Italian spirits/liquors in most of our cocktail creations. Although the bar has all that it needs and our bartenders are more skilled than most mixologists, we develop the cocktails to be approachable by the guest. Osteria La Buca is first a restaurant and the bar needs to aid and compliment that. As with everything else we do, we have a guest first approach. The cocktail list is always changing. Changes are made based on item sales and popularity, as well as creativity and random invention. The following are either current or past signature cocktails: • $10- “The Fletch”: Gin, lemon juice, agave syrup, and pale ale. Served in a Mason Jar with a lemon wedge. This is our Beer Cocktail.
