IB Expert will provide you with the opportunity to (recommended) practically apply the work done in IB Essentials. Using the historic city of Oxford as a resource you will carry out academic research, and present your findings in an academic manner, which will assist you in researching and writing your Extended Essay. Mathematics We offer three levels of mathematics: Higher Level: for strong mathematicians who are sure they are taking HL. Also suitable for very strong SL students who would like to explore HL. Standard Level: for those considering SL, and want to focus on making sure they have all the building blocks they need for a head start. Studies Level: for Studies students but weaker SL students are welcome in these classes if they want to build confidence. English A This module is designed as preparation for both English Language and English Language and Literature. Exploring all four parts of Language A, during your Oxford summer course this module will develop critical and analytical skills while introducing students to IBDP Group 1 assessment objectives. English B students with weaker English language skills and who want additional support can also opt for the 'Improving Your English' classes. See additional options below. Improving your This course is for students who do not have English as their Mother tongue or who English are not fluent English speakers, and want to develop their confidence in using English. The course provides extra support in academic writing and oral skills. This module is tailored entirely to the students' needs and takes place in a supportive environment, designed to improve students' self-confidence to communicate in English in all subjects as they embark on the IBDP. Group 3: Subjects available are History, Geography, Business Management, Economics, Individual and Psychology and Environmental Systems and Societies. Societies Modules are designed to bring students up to the required level to begin the IB Diploma and to understand how subjects are approached in the IBDP. In these modules, you will be introduced to current theories, central concepts and the analytical methods of learning. Group 4: Subjects available are Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Environmental Systems and Sciences Societies. Cut along the dashes and fold each card in half along the dotted line. 3. Glue the blank sides together to strengthen. CUT FOLD HOW TO PLAY 1. Mix up the 36 playing cards. 2.
