Four questions provided the framework for the study: (1) How do teachers' perceptions of themselves as writers influence their writing instruction? (2) How do teachers at different grade levels iniement process writing instruction? (3) What institutional and contextual factors limit and/or encourage the implementation of a process writing instruction? and (4) How do teachers change in attitude, behavior, and teaching approaches as a result of using this innovation? Subjects, four elementary grade teachers in rural northeastern Ohio schools, were chosen from participants in a summer workshop on the process approach who had-been nominated by their principals as outstanding writing teachers. Subjects were observed in their classrooms, and they completed workshop documents, questionnaires, and reflective logs during the 8-week duration of the study. Results indicated that teachers' individual ways of approaching a writing task influence how they instruct students to approach such tasks, and those aspects of the process which are easier to implement receive the most attention.

Background 1.1 The Air Weapons and Licensing (Scotland) Act 2015 amended the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 (“the Act”) to introduce a requirement that Licensing Boards produce and publish annual functions reports. 1.2 As a consequence, section 9A was inserted into the Act and came into force on 20 December 2017. 1.3 Section 9A of the Act states that the Board’s annual functions report must be prepared and published not later than 3 months after the end of each financial year. This means that the Board’s report for the financial year 2018-19 must be published by no later than the end of June 2019. 1.4 The functions report must include- (a) a statement explaining how the Board has regard to- (i) the licensing objectives, and (ii) their licensing policy statement and any supplementary licensing policy statement (including the Board’s statement under section 7(1) (duty to assess overprovision)), in the exercise of their functions under this Act during the financial year, (b) a summary of the decisions made by (or on behalf of) the Board during the financial year, and (c) information about the number of licences held under this Act in the Board’s area (including information about the number of occasional licences issued during the year) 1.5 Section 9A of the Act states that the report may include such other information about the exercise of the Licensing Board’s functions under this Act as the Board considers appropriate.

Since 1992, when the firstof these new old stadiums - Baltimore's Oriole Park at Camden Yards - opened its gates, they have come to be seen as necessary components of downtown redevelopment. By 1998, five retro parks, or parks at least outfittedwith accents of the past, were in operation. Additionally, a staggering eight more have been scheduled to open by 2003. As part of this project, I discuss the political economy of stadium construction as well as the recent economic history of the American downtown. By the beginning of the century's finaldecade, in places like Cleveland - where most of my research takes place - the transformation of the economic base from manufacturingto service and tourism, along with racist and classist neglect, had leftlocal municipalities desperate to findquick fixesto the problems associated with a decaying urban infrastructure. Decades of factoryclosings, race riots and suburban flighthad impoverished and segregated city centers to such an extent that many local governments literallywere going belly up. Out of the rubble, retro stadiums have emerged as anchors to urban renewal.
