Conference Summary

BREAKING NEWS – BLLA BOUTIQUE HOTEL INVESTMENT CONFERENCE SOLD OUT. The New York Boutique Hotel Investment Conference

New York Institute of Technology in

June 4, 2014 from 8:00 AM – 7:30 PM Join us as a select group of experienced panelists and keynote speakers present their hotel investment findings and strategies. Guests of our New York hotel conference will walk away with a new network of individuals, as well as knowledge about how to clearly navigate the murky (yet exciting) waters of investing in boutique and lifestyle luxury properties.

The Benefits of Hotel Investment

Boutique and lifestyle are niche businesses that cater to special types of customers. The boutique hotel segment of the hospitality industry is especially growing, as global travelers spend more of their travel dollars on experiential travel. Today, boutique hotel investment is a great way for savvy executives to profit in the crowded hospitality marketplace. Opportunities for hotel investment vary from starting your own boutique hotel to renovating a struggling hotel to joining a partnership of investors. How one invests largely depends on opportunity and available capital; therefore, this special sector of hospitality requires the developer to be prepared with facts, figures, and an outstanding presentation for potential investors, lenders, or equity partners. Space is limited at the New York Boutique Hotel Investment Conference. Reserve yours today! *This conference is powered by BLLA, in cooperation with JF Capital Advisors.
