All Available Biographical Information about Robert Adams from People who Knew Him Collected from the Internet May, 2021 It is obvious from listening to Robert’s satsangs and reading the transcripts that he is speaking from a consistent and deep experience of the truth. This expression is articulate, witty and wide- ranging. However, if one ventures to know who Robert was as a person, it immediately becomes difficult. He hardly seems to have spoken or written anything about his biography, and what little he did has been limited from spreading by well-known threats of litigation and take-down orders. What reportage is available ranges from the hagiographical to the defamatory. Which presentation of Robert is “true?” One answer could be that it does not matter as much as the deeper truth pointed to in his teachings. Another answer could be that aspects of all the reports are true, insofar as the people sharing them believe and stand by them, and they help to convey aspects of what Robert may have been like as a teacher and person, while the “whole picture” is about as clear or reliable as anything in the ephemeral manifestation of this world. At the very least it is important to have all these accounts of Robert from individuals who knew him collected in one document from the shifting landscape of the Internet, for the historical record. Especially with hyper - sexual /violent films it’s M common for character s to react in ways that defy probability. Individual scenes may have an impact, but the total package is flaccid, sometimes silly , as narrative logic is sacrificed to accommodate isolated thrills, each burst of excitement progressively less interesting than the pre vious as suspension of disbelief melts away. The audience doesn’t much care, primarily because it’s not given anything new . It’s a rare movie that is a true fantasy, that sweeps the viewer through improbable happenings, cloaking tall - tale chutzpah with a patina of dream - logic, telling a story that is so entertaining, so disarming in its zeal to bedazzle, that it compels the audience to believe. A ttention to detail, dynamic editing, and the char isma of the actors are critical in attempting this kind of hig h - wire - act production. His Kind of Woman is that rare cinematic gem. It is two parts film noir, one part romance; and then it morphs into a combination character - study and Kipling - esque adventure before returning to the picture’s sedate beginnings, all bu t substituting one protagonist for another along the way. -

A soli 17 anni si avvia alla vita degli affari alle dipendenze del cognato Attilio Bagnara (marito della sorella Maria Gualino) proprietario di un‟industria all‟avanguardia, nel commercio genovese, per l‟importazione di legname dalla Florida. Riccardo fu assunto in qualità di impiegato addetto alla segheria di Sestri e agli sbarchi e spedizioni da Genova. 1897 Parte per il servizio militare. 1899 Torna a Sestri Ponente dove lavora ancora per il cognato in qualità di “viaggiatore” (retribuito a percentuale) con il compito di curare il collocamento della mercanzia presso i compratori (zona Italia settentrionale). 1901 Lavora presso un‟importante azienda di Milano importatrice di legname d‟abete dalla Carinzia e dal Tirolo come addetto al “controllo della qualità”. 1903 Si trasferisce a Casale Monferrato dove lavora per il cugino Tancredi Gurgo Salice (padre di Cesarina), produttore di cemento, in qualità di “rappresentante autonomo”. 1905 Crea la sua prima impresa, la “Riccardo Gualino & C.”, avente per scopo l‟industria e il commercio dei legnami e dei cementi; l‟impresa nasce dalla collaborazione con i cugini Gurgo Salice (in particolare Tancredi). -
