In my 14 years of carrier I always focus on competency based teaching and firmly believe that practical skills of a mentor can only develop students’ interest in learning. I enjoy to work in clinical along with my students for practical teachings and my work is based on strong ethical principles which make me different from many others in the field. I have been on administrative posts at various institutions and was being appreciated for my work but now I would like to explore more in my carrier and do not want to miss the chance to work in an Institute of National importance as I believe that horizon of knowledge and skills need to be utilized at large levels to bring a change in conventional teaching practices. However, other than teaching I found myself to be a well versed in research and have published various papers in national and international journals. I always strive for some innovative ideas or methodology to enhance the standards of quality care in nursing practice.
